Adanac was one of the businesses I worked for to get to where I am now. Terry took time out of his day to ask me why I had wrote a bad review previous to this one. I told him my issues and he had no problem clearing them up. As one of London Ontarios fastest growing businesses I have seen what it takes to make it . I was happy to hear from Terry because it cleared up all issues had and haven't seen' Terry make one bad business deal. I respect Terry for all the hard work he puts in to maintain the crews and machinery while juggling the everyday quotes and jobs it takes to make it in the ashphalt/concrete business. I extend my apologizes and I regret the bad review I had left previous to our talk. Good luck with your future endeavors.

The owner Terry met me for my driveway I shook this man's hand and foolishly gave him $1,000 deposit in cash he is now like no longer answering his phone and I will be taking him to small claims court I strongly recommend no one uses this companyTerry has returned my money 5 months later so that at least shows you that this guy means well he just got in a hard spot

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible to deal with. Nightmare contractor...takes your deposit and runs...DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.Update: Still no offer to refund my $2400 he ran off with...he never even made an attempt to remedy the situation...hired him for paving a driveway, got a pile of gravel and out $2400. Thief !

I had Adanac ( Terry ) do my driveway and I have ZERO complaints. It doesn't take much for a to write the bad about someone, but it does take an effort to state the good. The experience I had with them (Terry) was great. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in his work, he did exactly as he said he would and delivered on time, and exceeded my expectations. I HAVE and DO recommend him to people that I know are looking to get their driveways done. I have had strangers and passersby stop and ask who did my work, because they did that great of a job. This is the second winter and with the snow all melted again, it looks as good today as it did the day they did it.... I just have to say THANK YOU Terry, don't let a couple of bad reviews cloud the amazing work that you do. I will need some business cards this year to hand out!! :)

I hired Terry to do recycled ashpalt at one of my properties and he was absolutely amazing. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job beyond my expectations!! My property posed some challenges for Terry but as promised he handled them with such ease and professionalism which left me extremely confident in him as a contractor.I googled Terry in order to get his contact information to pass on to a friend as a referral and was heartbroken to see the negative reviews and it reminded me that sometimes the negatives make an extra effort to review but that so should us with positive experiences. So here I am.Even after reading the above reviews, based on my experience with Terry, I would hire him again without a hesitation!

Great work! Team was well organized and proficient at all tasks big and small! Seems like a company with a heart! Would definitely recommend this company as they are clean and professional and care for the customer as well as the task at hand!

Awful contractor and experience with this company. Terry (the owner of the company) took a month working on my neighbour and I's property and never completed the job he promised.In regards to the review and response below.. why would we have the driveway torn up and gravel dumped and not have the asphalt done? He did not complete the job, he took the money and did not get back to us ever.I suggest NOT using this contractor.. it was such a headache!
