I highly recommend Foucault Trailer if you are looking to purchase a new trailer. I have purchased 2 trailers from them and have received excellent service both times. Barry, Gerry, and Deb always provide a warm welcome and go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers. Thanks to Foucault, I am a happy camper!!

Great experience, Gerry (owner) is one of those few people you find who are both honest, and treat you like a friend, as opposed to just another customer, unlike most shops you visit. Had my Toy Hauler ramp door repaired here, and got great service along with a great price, and some great advice by both him and his worker. They also knew I was from out of the area, but didn't take advantage of that like most shops would. Spoke to Puma directly as well, and they had nothing but good things to say about this shop (they recommended them over others) Definitely will be back, and am now Puma for life, thanks guys!!(if you found this review helpful, let Gerry know this review helped)

Deb and Gerry are running a sound business providing great service. Gerry knows everything about trailers and beyond. Brandon makes a great and meticulous addition to the team. We are safer because of them. Thank for a super shopping experience.

Hello, and thanks for taking the time to read our review of Foucault Trailer Sales.We ordered a new RPOD 192 in early Feb 2021 and received it on 8 July 2021. Barry, the sales rep was great to deal with. He kept us regularly informed as to our trailer delivery date as it did change, due to Covid induced shortages/delays.The team at Foucault were a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. When we arrived to accept our trailer we were given a good tour of the trailer by Brendan, a very nice young man who took his time and answered all our questions as they came up. He also made sure we were all hooked up properly before leaving.We took the trailer home and quickly realized we had a front window leak (when we moved the mattress to make the bed for the first time. The mattress was fine as it had its protective plastic bag in place). We confirmed it was the window with a water hose and quickly taped plastic over the window to keep the expected rain out.Friday we called and spoke with Gerry, the owner. He was apologetic that the trailer left the lot with this problem and asked us if we could return Monday am so they could take a look at the window and reseal it as necessary.We were able to do this-actually got there Sunday evening, camped overnight and they got right at repairing it first thing Monday morning. We got out of their hair, came back several hours later to find all the work done, and a thorough leak check carried out successfully!My wife and I would like to thank the friendly team at Foucault Trailer Sales for their help and great service, we are so happy to have a great trailer ready to go for a big summer of traveling to see our families!

Went in looking for some things for my camper that was purchased FROM HERE. I understand I wasnt very knowledgable coming in, i did however have the parts needed, make, model, etc. A young girl had come to help me originally but then stated she wasnt sure so she took the piece I had brought in and gone to get another woman who was an older lady. The older lady walks in and immediately you can tell from her posture that she couldn't care to be bothered. She grunts ' yes?!' To me.. I still proceeded because I've never had a bad experience there, I figured I maybe just took it out of context. She did grab a fixture for my tap but it didnt look like the one we had so i told her I'd just send the husband in for that but go ahead with the vent cover. She then was at this point completely annoyed and said 'well what kind of hardware.. and whatever snark remark she added at the end. I still took it with a grain of salt and said that I would just send the husband in because I had no idea .. he told me to get the piece I had brought in and a vent cover and he wasnt specific enough so he can make the trip back. No big deal. I'm making my way to the door and this lady who claims she is she owner has the audacity to say that I was 'snappy.' I am extremely disappointed in the service I had received from foucaults today and I will not be back.

Bought new off the lot July 2020, first time at Foucault Trailer Sales in Hanmer. I’m very happy with the trailer and services from this friendly and knowledgeable family owned business! They stand behind their products and assure good quality service and repairs. As a customer you are treated right! I would for sure purchase from Foucault again and I don’t hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking to purchase an RV or in need of RV parts/repairs to come here. Been dealing with Foucault trailers for 10 years now and always pleased with the service I get. Always gives the best advice on how to deal with major or minor fixes and never cost an arm or a leg. Always available to take my phone calls and never feel like I’m being rushed out of the store.

Family is currently looking at purchasing and RV for travel. We have been to each RV dealership in Sudbury, with our final stop here. We arrived at around 4:30 in the afternoon, well before closing time. We began to look at the units on the lot, within 10 min we where approached by a white haired gentlemen who did not introduce himself. I explained what we where looking for. I will say it here so the business is aware, 20 to 26 feet under 7700lbs loaded weight able to sleep 3 to 4. The sales person opened the first camper for us, did not say anything to my family and stood outside. We than moved to the second unit, he opened it, I asked a few questions which where answered with one word answers and no real explanation. We than left the camper, the sales person than closed the door and said nothing else your size here
