Food was tasty, got tuna sushi stack, cashew chicken lettuce wraps and truffle parm fries. Food good, especially the tuna sushi stack. Lettuce wraps were okay, needed more chicken for the price. Parm fries were also good but i wish they were crispier for my taste.

Moxies in Stoney Creek is a good place to visit for a meal if you’re looking at a chain. There are some opportunities for improvement however.The service is absolutely fantastic. Let’s get that out of the way right now. The management is available to clarify menu items and cater to any allergies for example. The wait staff is also excellent and pleasant. The front hosts which seems like there is 4 at the front are a waste and better to be served in the front of the house. The decor is well done and the place is clean. The females are dressed like it’s a meat market which is a poor example to go by considering it’s not early 2000. They walk around pulling their minis down because they are too short. Get with the times and get better uniforms. Hey I’m fine with the views but this is 2023. Your attire should be something you can do your work in comfortably and properly. It’s literally a tool. Diversity is definitely an issue as well. I don’t ever comment on this but there was many folks that felt the same way.The food was great and the selection is ok as well. For the price, I would have expected a bit bigger portions especially since they are just burgers and sides. They have ribs , chicken and other things on the menu but seems like most get burgers there. The steak was something I was looking at but the cuts look average and a bit overpriced for those cuts and size.Overall I think moxies is a good place to visit and is an asset to have this type of chain in Stoney Creek. The beautiful decor needs to be offset with modern thinking and design. Kitchen staff are visible and do a fantastic job. If they removed the moxies brand and made it a local brand with the same staff it would be sold out every night. I look at it to be similar to the keg in some ways except the way the women are portrayed.I’ll probably visit again within the year. They have improved from a few years ago considerably. The entrance is a bit confusing due to the giant patio as it doesn’t stand out anymore. Lots of families come in as well. Beer menu is a bit slim but very good.

Worth to visit this place. Had been for a lunch and had wonderful time with friends. Their food was very tasty. You will definitely like their service, ambience and the food. What else do we need when visiting a restaurant.They have separate bar counters where kids are not allowed. So it’s a good place for both family with kids and for the once wants to enjoy their drink.

Had a great bunch of appetizers. All were super delicious. Great service with a great staff. Our waiter, Ethan, was super fantastic! Came to walk along the waterfront trail and then have a bite. This was a great choice to eat at. Handicap parking and accessibility. The restaurant is also very clean.

First time going here and let’s just say it’s was amazing! Went for a date night. Had potstickers as an appetizer and they were soooooo good! Then the chicken sandwich and steak frites for dinner. They cooked the steak to perfection.Dessert was the icing on top. The sticky toffee pudding. The toffee cake was warm and soft and the ice cream complemented it very well.The atmosphere was comfortable and not to chaotic.Overall would 100% go back!

DO NOT EAT HERE. First problem is the food quality. I ordered steak frites to eat in my room (staying at the Sandman Hotel). The steak tasted like a DIRTY DISH RAG. It also took way longer than it should have to prepare it. Perhaps they were marinating it in the dirty dish wash basin. The accompanying salad was a sad garnish-size serving of limp arugula. I immediately brought the steak back and requested a refund. Second problem: poor customer service. The staff was unable to issue a refund because I had ordered and paid via their web ordering system. This seemed preposterous but I was reassured a manager would take care of it the next day. It's been 4 weeks and several phone call and email attempts to have this resolved. This restaurant is run by thieves and/or lazy and incompetent humans who are unwilling to treat their customers right. Don't support businesses like this - give your hard earned dollars to places with better food and service. If you're staying at the Sandman and trying to decide if you should eat at Moxies or Denny's, well, I'm sorry for your predicament, and guess what I'm gonna say.

We had a very great time today for my friends 50th birthday. The service was not too overbearing and we definitely did not feel under serviced.We were allowed to bring in our own birthday cake and they still offered the birthday girl a free dessert.The food was absolutely delicious. We shared apps which was filling but still managed to each get a meal. What I liked best is that this is one of those restaurants where you can split the bill in ways that suited the party. We will definitely go back

Moxies Hamilton Restaurant
First time in Canada and our first time at this restuarant, which did not disappoint our expectation. The atmosphere walking in feels like a PG night club, with everyone there being so welcoming and friendly. Our waiter was Greg who was phenomenal. He checked on with us frequently making sure we were good, and even recommended some adult beverages called Crime of Passionfruit, which we loved. We ordered the Mango Chicken dish and Chicken rigatoni pasta. Both dishes were flavorful that you couldnt stop eating it until it was done. Wonderful time and experience. Thank you Greg for making sure our time here was great!
