Go above and beyond to help... when I first visited Midland years ago and my laptop ceased to function they fit me in immediately and solved the problem. They so impressed me with their kindness, knowledge and incredibly good rates, that I remembered them 4 years later when I moved here. Once again they have saved the day when my laptop crashed. They are the best I have ever seen. (And I have been to many shops over the years)

I was extremely nervous to get new computers for our business, as we have a complicated system. Our old computers were outdated and we knew transferring over the data may be difficult. The Samsa Tech's did a great job on the install and had no issues transferring everything over, and were very attentive making sure our entire system was up and running before they left for the day, even though it was after hours. I will do everything through them from now on.

Replaced a screen on my laptop. While the screen works and the repair was more affordable than a manufacturer replacement, the shop accidentally ordered the wrong part the first time around (delayed completion from 1 week to 4 weeks), there was a new clicking when opening the clamshell lid, and the touchscreen wasn't working.I noted all this with the technician (very friendly), and will be coming back after a trip to get further service done, so may update this review after that. Overall friendly and affordable, but lengthy and make sure to inspect your results.

After calling a few places in the area, I chose this shop to check out my computer due to the lower diagnostic fee. I was so pleased with the service and felt I could really trust the technicians. They went above and beyond to help and everything was very affordable. I definitely recommend this place!
