Terrible serviceWon't help anyone who walks in and pays attention to drivethru only.Had a few people walk by me not even saying wait a moment etc. People in the back chatting just staring seeing im there. Fix your staff.To addition to my previous review. I would like to include the service through drive thru.Why have 2 answering speaker boxes if you only use 1 and ignore the other 3 people in line.I'd rather drive to a further tims

BBQ chicken bowl. Added sauce and salad dressing when I got home. My rating reflects the small portion size. $13 something for the bowl and a large coffee

I was in need of a donut or something to satisfy my sugar urge. It was 1:15 am on a Sunday morning. I drove up to the Tim Hortons on woodbine ave in keswick hoping to enjoy a delicious donut of some sort. I wasn't very picky about selection. I was so excited when I drove by the storefront and seen a delicious rack of freshly baked donuts ready to serve.My luck the guy on the speaker informed me that they had no food whatsoever. I called his bluff but he insisted they had no food whatsoever inside this establishment.I was baffled as I swore I seen a full rack of freshly baked donuts.I had to circle again to confirm what I seen was in fact delicious donuts. I was correct the donuts appeared to actually exist after all.I sadly went home hungry and was unable to cure my sugar urge. Disappointed to say the least. I DONT recommend trying to buy donuts here. Go to another establishment.

Fast Drive Through, happy fun staff, hot coffee every time. Use the Mobile App, and get your Tim's even faster. Unfortunately I’d take a pass on their newly advertised attempt at Chicken Strips. They are more like 3 tiny McNuggets for $6. Attached are pics of their misleading advertising vs what I actually received. Can you tell the difference?

Plenty of parking with very nice location. Staff is nice. Sometimes some varieties of donuts are not available like vanilla dip. But manager is super nice and she once managed to made one for our daughter on urgent basis with a lot of extra sprinkles on it. Overall good experience

Couldn't read the menu properly because it kept changing...that's a Tim Horton's fault...not the store itself.However, the store itself...looked unkempt....out of stock on items like buns for sandwiches or soup....staff (girl on cash) didn't seem to know anything about anything...when I was asking questions about stuff....took the girl about 5 tries to actually get the order....there was a guy in a black polo shirt who seemed to be run off his feet, taking up slack everywhere...and the only one who knew anything...I felt sorry for him.It was like torture going there. I'm glad we didn't go through the drive through.....probably would have just driven away...we had our meal to go. I am VERY VERY happy it wasn't my money I was spending....I had gift cards....however, the person that gave me the gift cards....well...I won't tell her what a miserable experience I had.

Ordered a triple triple. 2 days in a row. Got a 2 milk no sugar and a regular. Went back in store to have it replaced. Great. Only this time I tried it before I left...guess what... no sugar. So I asked the guy is there sugar in this..he said yes. I asked was it stirred and he replies oh you want it stirred?? Seriously... its a triple triple. All coffee should be stirred.

The Woodbine Tim Hortons location just keeps getting worse. Wait times have always been horrible (even pre covid), and lately the service is aweful! This is the pack of tim bits we were given, along with an interaction with a very snarky, rude employee this morning. We'll be going to the other locations from now on, even though they're both further from us.

Worst Tim ever the staffs is mean and when I order the service terrible no smile I been there few time but maybe this was the last I go to that place again , I order at Tim so many times but they think I know nothing .if there is 0 star I will give to them 0 star one start too good for them .last time I orderes extra butter on my bagle they load butter and if I don’t ask for it they barely put any butter
