Worst experience. I had a conversation with the branch manager here it was so much vague and unhelping.Even after the appointment i have to wait for more than 2 hours. I would say its the worst customer dealing.

Still waiting for them to return stolen funds to my accounts. Extremely disappointed in these people. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing. Will keep you posted

They don't have same training or instructions to their employees. I went for withdrawal and the teller there asked for ID and I gave here driving licence as usual but she said my license is not on my file so she need passport for verification. I went all the way back to home to get passport then i met with another teller and she did withdrawl on driving licence only, even didn't asked for passport. I dont know why they like to behave like this or she just not wanted to do her job.

I am not sure why people have left reviews for bad customer service. Every time I visit this I always come back happy and smiling as staff is really nice. This is a mice location, good staff, big parking space, have drive through ATM. In fact the security guards are really nice and friendly

Very bad un adujucation staff don’t know how to deal with customer who come to deposit money not withdraw money when I ask to talk to call supervisor they don’t call really supervisor or manager but call co workers and make them say same ingore customer . I came home and call head office they told me don’t worry go tomorrow do same thing if they don’t help call me and i Scotla bank customer got 25 years can you believe it

Have the worst experience with the manager, and an employee for such a simple solution. Went to another branch and got the job done in 5 mins.My friend told asked me not to go to this branch she had a similar experience, regretting my decision now.

Some Staff members are very cooperative and helpful, glad I only dealt with those nice people there.However waiting is too much , also they are kind of less experienced I believe. Because someone had my account access he/she made some transactions from my account, I contacted bank they change debit card but again account charged for unknown payment.I contacted them again but again they changed card Even I requested to change the account because transaction were on account not on debit. After getting new debit 3-4 time they finally changed my account details..

I went into the bank on Friday June 2 to see if someone could help me with upgrades to my account and I was told somebody would give me a call during the week june 6, because they were all booked up and no one was available. I waited for the call on Tuesday and the lady told me that I was approved for a product on my account I was so happy and grateful. She asked me if I would like to do it over the phone or in person I advised her that she could do everything over the phone she said I would still need to sign papers I said okay I'll come in the next day to sign the papers once it's done. The next day I go in to sign the papers but we ended up building a nice little rapport. We seem to have conected well. I was so grateful that she could assist me I spent an hour and a half with her until her next client arrived. 10 min before her next appointment she tells me I'm not approved. I'm highly disappointed in the fact that she wasted my how do you tell somebody they're approved for something and tell them to come in to sign papers and then I'm declined!!?? That was highly embarrassing and I felt really rejected and if this is how Scotia treats their clients I think I should think about switching banks. It didn't make me feel good as a client at all. Even though she apologized it still wasn't enough. You guys need to do your research before embarrassing your clients make sure your information is accurate. So disappointed 6-7-23
