The Rosemont Residences

Had a most wonderful stay at the Rosemont Residences. Checked in on 01May and was supposed to stay only for a month but had to extend our stay by another 45 days. Brian Pereira - the man in charge - is super nice and accommodating. He ensured that we continued to stay in the same apartment. Our 2 bedroom apartment was nicely furnished, very clean and had all the basic amenities for a long and comfortable stay. The concierge staff - Jean, Fady, Perry, Andrew and Raj are most warm, welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. They always greet you with a cheerful smile. Even the building maintenance team of Brian and Andrew (yes, there are 2 Brians and 2 Andrews in this building) are very cooperative and helpful. The building is very well lit, super safe and has some great music playing in the lobby. 04 fast elevators mean you do not waste time waiting for your elevator and they also have a special service elevator for heavy stuff like your furniture etc. The location of the building is also very central. You are surrounded by eating places, the theatre district, cinema halls, shopping, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Ripleys Aquarium etc. and there is even a coffee shop, massage parlour and a dentist in the building annexe. Overall, it was a truly delightful stay at the Rosemont Residences and we shall make this our home away from home, whenever we visit Toronto. My sincere thanks to Brian x 2, Nilesh, Agape, Aamir, Andrew x 2, Jean, Fady, Perry, Raj and all the others for making our stay in Toronto a truly happy and memorable one !!

Rosemont has a great location near the theater district downtown. The facilities are really nice and the building and room has almost everything I need. One thing I don't like about this place is that all of the people who work the front desk talk very quietly. Not sure if I'm doing something strange or if this is just a cultural thing(I'm not from Canada)

This is my first stay at Rosemont Residences and definitely not the last!The suite was clean when we arrived with modern appliances and a complete set of kitchen utensils.Another important feature is the location of Rosemont Residences as it is near to the underground station and important streets such as King Street and Front Street, in addition to being close to a variety of cafes, restaurants and super markets.What sets Rosemont Residences apart from others is their personal care and excellence service given to guests from the beginning of the reservation process until the end of your stay and departure.During our stay, we are greeted every day with a smile and a warm welcome.My family and I would like to thank all the team members at Rosemont Residences for the excellent service.

Enjoyed my visit, parking is available underground the building on the first level. Rooftop has 4 large 6 burner BBQ's. Only interacted with security staff to organize guest parking and they were good people.

Spacious. Big rooms. Comfy Beds. Absolute value for money. Welcoming building management. A lot of other building management tend to be bossy, these guys are so helpful. My apartment but in a hotel!Lovely bathroom linens. Amazing location. Attractions, work, stores, Eaton mall, all walkable. I moved in with just my clothes & personal belongings. Best part is your apartment on a credit card with no crazy lease terms or getting bound. Honestly, I am surprised there are not more like Rosemont.

Cool beans

I've lived at the Rosemont for ~5 years and I would never rent anywhere else. I've lived in several units in the building and I loved them all - from storage space to functionality and overall quality. Units are immaculately clean when you move in and service requests are addressed promptly. The building is excellently managed (thanks to Brian + staff!) and the Cedar Fox Concierge Team (Andrew, Miles, Jean, Perry + team!) go above and beyond to provide the ultimate guest experience. Truly luxury living and the location is just unbeatable! Thank you for having me as a resident!

Nice concierge who remembers who we are and pass us our parcel. Unit is a little old but it's comfortable and cozy. Quite a good place to start for temporary residence when you arrive in Canada

The place has really gone to the dumps since my last visit while their charges have increased. There were no amenities available for last 2 months during most of stay(4m I m told). No access to the business center, gym or recreation room due to flooding. Now it seems it is partially up n running but what a deterioration. Gym Equipment is all broken n rusted. None of the computers in business ctr work - all covered in gunk. Will post pics next if possible.The plumbing in the rooms is falling apart. I had to call on service to unclog bathroom sinks every week. The whole corridor on my fl smelled of curry. In short, nothing luxury about this 50 yr old monument.
