The highest level of customer service available!!! I (Vancouver) Bought a Rockford Fosgate amplifier from Mikes (Ontario) on Amazon. Had my reservations at first, but hell its a Rockford.What do you know the amplifier stopped working. Called Mikes Car Audio and was reassured that they stand by their products. The owners Mike and Niranga personally answered the calls and emails.A few weeks later I have a replacement. I have never been happier about warranty service. If you live in the Sudbury area, go there for all your audio needs. If you live across the country as I do, rest assured they care about their customers.Thanks again guys!!!

Remote for my remote car starter on my vehicle. Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to ensure that the issue was resolved at a minimal cost to me. I purchased the vehicle with the remote started already installed and it was the Canadian Tire brand. I did not receive any assistance from Canadian Tire and if it wasn't for Mike's Car Audio, I would have had to replace the whole unit at $250, instead of the $50 it cost me. I highly recommend Mike's Car Audio

Such an awesome group of people at Mike’s Car Audio! Always so pleasant, helpful and super knowledgeable. I was stranded at work today with an anti theft lock on my car and Mike totally saved me. Highly recommend this place!
