If you are visiting this location, please ask for Em. She is the most helpful, patient and thorough customer service rep I have ever dealt with. She helped me upgrade my phone plan and upgrade 2 devices (iPhone SE to iPhone XR), for less than what I had been paying. She offered several options, weighed all the pros and cons of each option, and broke it all down in a way that was easy to understand. She helped me pick a plan that would help me and my family save money in the long run. She was quick, to the point and efficient in how she used her time to help me and other customers at the same time. She also waived a $100 fee, which really made my day. She has experience working in Customer Loyalty, so she has great listening skills and problem solving skills. I went into Rogers thinking I had to pay upfront and a hefty monthly bill to upgrade one phone and left with two phone upgrades, both $0 down and $10 less on my monthly bill. Excellent experience and definitely worthy of 5-stars (if not more). Again, thank you Em! You rock!

This place is AWFUL. Took two hours to get simple information about the monthly cost of an upgrade. This was during boxing day, where lines are huge. Then later that evening we get an email our plan changed WITHOUT our consent or change in contract or anything. Now we pay 30% more without our knowledge. I am deeply disturbed and will DEFINITELY be leaving Rogers after almost 20 years. They are not worth your time or money.

Been with Rogers a long time. Their actual phone service is great. But trying to get service in the Halifax Shopping Centre location is difficult at the best of times. I understand that each client has detailed needs, but perhaps an extra staff member during busy times would help.

I stopped by this location today and despite being short staffed, the staff on hand were very efficient, polite and courteous to the patrons. I was served by two employees, one of whom was the store manager, and was very impressed with the lengths he went to to help me out. Definitely recommend this location and this staff!

I have a really bad experience my wife Cried because of the manager of this store, I am requesting management to take a big actions against him, I was willing to file a complaint for his racist behaviour. Because of flight timings we don't wanna late so haven't filed it. But please if Roger's higher authorities are reading this can email me for full information. The manager name I don't know I want you guys to take an action against him. Just because of ID verification we almost missed our flight. And we missed our luggage because they refused to take it as they closed it 45min before. Just because of the stupidity of the manager we actually felt quit using Rogers.

Rogers is amazing after the afternoon I spent with them they're amazing they're giving me amazing price for my Google Pro I'm very happy with him they all know what they're talking about when it comes to phones and there really friendley

At first was a bit annoyed as have to stand & wait around 15 minutes to get my turn. But the representative, don't know the name, tall man having beard, outserve me. The guy was intelligent, energetic. He understand my requirements instantly and help me to activate my package. He poses excellent sense of humor. My initial irritation was dismissed by his charming behavior. Wish every customer support could have similar guy :DThe guy also helped me later when I was looking for a taxi, getting out of Halifax Shopping Center. Can't thank him enough.

Great service and easy process setting up my Sim for my time in Canada. Kyle was so helpful and went over and above to support us. Definitely recommend!

Went with friend to enquire about iphone plan. The staff Seemed they couldn't care any less. At first didn't bother get up and ask us even though we were the only customers at the store. And the sales person didn't even make effort to explain anything even repeatedly asking rather we felt he was trying to get rid of us. We directly went Apple showroom and The source, both store staff were friendly and patience. Hope Rogers improve their store experience
