They were very helpful, Jacob came to my house, and looked at what I had, and suggested replacements where applicable. Patrick did the install, quickly and efficiently. Very clean, and he showed me how the app worked. Very impressed.

Patrick was incredibly kind, professional and thorough through the whole installation and explanation process.He arrived on time, immediately explained what he was going to do, and helped me understand the optimal placement for our new system (ie how to disperse the equipment across 3 floors to ensure security and safety).Once he got to work, I barely noticed he was there, and could easily focus on doing my own thing, without worrying about anything. He made it clear he had everything he need and knew where to look, and his presence made it easy to know he's trustworthy.Once the installation was finished, he took the time to explain the whole new system, showed me how it differs from my previous system, and demonstrated how easy it is for me to operate....from near and far.I highly recommend Groupe Vigilance.
