Couldn't find photobook. Email indicates delivery to shipping dock not the store. Called over 4 times to check if order arrived to store and no tracking information was available from customer service. Worst experience.. already 15 days and counting (website says 8-12 days - business days)

Canceled order, didn't notify me via any means, still charged credit card.Had to call customer service to officially cancel order and issue refund approximately 2 weeks later.

Negligent. Went in to pick up a few orders. Staff did not even ask me for order number, which i tried to show him, just last name, then handed me one envelope. I asked him if there were more and he said no, but when i opened it, they were not mine: the first name didnt match. This is not the first or second time staff here have given me the wrong person's photos. Eventually he found some envelopes with my name on it, but still did not check any info and left one out, so i will have to hope it doesnt get thrown out by the time i am able to go back and retrieve it. Will not be returning to this location again.

Walmart photo centers throughout the Lower Mainland have closed. No pickup of online orders is available at either the Grandview Highway location nor at Metrotown. You have to go all the way to this Lougheed Mall location.Pictures are processed as much as a week after the promised date. For instance, pictures that are supposed to be ready in up to 8 days actually take two weeks.When you get the e-mail that the order is ready for pickup"
