Canada Post

I normally am quite hesitant to give bad reviews, but I can see why there are so many poor reviews on here… the staff is extremely rude, attitudes snappy. They changed their hours but did not connect with Canada Post obviously so the times on my delivery slip are wrong, making me waste unnecessary trips to this stupid place.

Refused to print out the tracking number for me, and simply dumped my package in a pile without scanning. The lady insisted I could just take a picture of the tracking number, but a picture is not the same as a receipt. I have the tracking number, but not the record that it was received and processed by the post office, plus what kind of service withholds a receipt for the customer? I left because I didn't want to make a fuss, but in hindsight, I should have retrieved my package and sent it elsewhere.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I had a wonderful experience. The lady assisting me today was helpful and nice .

I would choose 0 star if I could. Extremely bad service. I pick up mails and parcels in this location for many many years. Too bad they request you to show both ID and address proof every time. Never accept just either one proof doc. I know most of the post offices are ok with only one ID. But this location just not accept. Very rude staffs. They don't care even they recognize your face. They just feel good to give you hard time. Too bad we have such terrible post office services in our community.

Staff is incredibly rude, the manager acts like he’s a 15 year old boy who doesn’t want to be there, and sighs and groans when you ask questions. Never had such a bad experience at a Canada Post compared to this one.

They charge you extra where they shouldn’t have. I went to return a package where they can scan the QR code and print out the label and stick it for me, it’s their job! Instead, the male owner complained about me not doing it and said they charge 50 cents for this service. After agreeing to pay the money, he kept mumbling and complaining. I was at other Canada posts before and none of them charged me.

I want to give them 0 of the service. The staffs are rude, and their service hasn't met the standard level. They don't know what is customer service. The girl had so many comments when I mentioned sth about the envelope size. She had too much.... comments and complaining the clients. She needed to find a other job without communicating with people.

All pasted one star ⭐ are truly issues. The lady was terribly rude and annoying. Besides her impolite guesture, she really have psychopathy symptom. She definitely not suitable to work in the customer service field. I was going to send a small parcel, but she refused my order by the address printing was, too big. Then I went to another postoffice near by and accepted without any questions. This office definitely waste my time and ruin my mood.

I have discovered and experienced retail post office customer services in every retail post office in Richmond, Vancouver and Burnaby area.Most of them are run by an authorized dealer under Canada Post license. If you want to avoid a bad experience, you might consider sending your letters and parcels to London Drugs, Shoppers Drug Mart or Government Canada Post. The most independent owned retail post office staff are usually hired by family and friends. They usually lack of communication skills, no basic English skills and didn't have enough training.I realized this is main reason why most people always complain about their bad experiences in the retail post office every time.

The worse service ever! The Asian woman working there is extremely rude and got into a verbal fight with her! She needs to get fired! First time I have ever done a review! Just shocked at how rude she was! I went to return a amazon package she just took it without scanning it or nothing. I asked for a receipt she refused to give me one, and I kindly asked to have one she said no we don’t do it here and then proceeded to throw my package at me. That’s when I called her rude and she kicked me out after I had called her every name under the sun! I hope she gets fired ASAP!
