Nate has always given us great service. I found Nate 2 years ago as I have a 35year old van that needed some work. Recently I brought in my van for new brakes, but when we got it back the van didn’t feel right. Nate went over and above to ensure we were satisfied and brought in our van right away to see what the issue was and to make it right. We’ll happily continue to use Charged Auto and recommend them to anyone.

Nate and his crew have done all my oil changes and minor repairs, safety checks etc. Nate is a trustworthy mechanic and runs a reputable business. Do not use this company. They gave me a quote to replace parts they said were never replaced. I had a receipt showing the exact same work had been completed from another shop. I took my vehicle to another shop to verify whether the quoted work from Charged Auto really needed to be done and they confirmed it did not. I did reach out to Charged Auto giving them an opportunity to explain their quote but no one contacted me. This is why I am alerting potential customers here in this review.

It’s so rare to find a shop that can be wholeheartedly trusted - as a youngish single woman without much car knowledge I’m a bit of walking target for dishonest dealerships & repair shops - and I can honestly say that Nate & his team at Charged have proven over and over again to be not only honest, but also reliable and provide the best quality service.

Super trustworthy folks. They fit me in for an urgent matter on short notice when every other mechanic was fully booked. They went out of their way to diagnose an issue and didn't charge for the inspection despite my insistence. Super honest, didn't try to upsell anything and walked me through the available options and how I could save money despite them making less of a profit. I will definitely return here in the future!
