I would like to compliment Ally and Keegan on the patience, care and outstanding service they gave me on Wednesday afternoon at the Duncan store. I went in with an insurmountable problem with my iPhone and they worked through endlessly being put on hold, transferred to the incorrect number and dealing with tech people who were not at all helpful. It took nearly an hour and a half to negotiate the obstacles but they hung in with cheerfulness and good humor. I can’t say enough about the excellent service they provided.

I would like to thank Ally at the Source in Duncan for her outstanding customer service, cheerfulness, understanding and patience in helping me through a few challenging issues with my cellphone. At a very stressful time in my life, Ally took me under her wing, took charge of solving the problem and helped me navigate the tech maze. Thank you as well to Keegan who offered kind words of support to me while Ally worked her magic on the phone. Excellent customer service, above and beyond, and I will be forever grateful.

What amazing customer service this store has. Same with cooperate. I had an issue with ordering a couple items online, they needed up being shipped when I thought I’d be able to grab them in a few hours. Cooperate AND the employees at the store were absolutely wonderful and fixed the problem as quickly as possible. I honestly can’t even put into words how incredible and kind they all are. Thank you everyone from the source for your outstanding customer service. Your kindness does not go unnoticed.

I don't have a car to get around places easily, so this is the only way I can buy games and such since my work is right beside it and honestly, I think I'd rather buy my games from here, rather than best buyEverytime I enter the building, I'm hit with the nostalgic smell of phones and electronics that makes me feel welcome. The staff are some of the friendliest I've met at a storeMy only main complaint is how the game selection is pretty limited. However, you're pretty likely to find what you're looking for if you ask the amazing staff. They're also the only place I know of where they have the new Xbox series consoles in stock, so that's a big bonusOverall, if you want a quick and efficient game store to buy your new games, this is a good place to head if you don't have the time to drive to best buy

I stopped in because I needed a battery for my key fob. I was greeted by Ally who, without a doubt, knows how to provide excellent customer service. I have been doing customer service for over 20 years she went above and beyond in our simple interaction. Never thought I'd write a review about such a small purchase but she deserves 5 stars!

The service I have received from Brandon over the phone warrants some recognition, as well as a raise for his enormous display of genuine customer service. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure I don’t miss out on a sale, and personally helped me out after work from the kindness of his heart. Thank you for reminding me that goodness still exists in people, and for making the world a better place.
