Very unprofessional staff, please don't come here for laser hair removal, i took more than 10 sittings but not even 1% improvement .Every time you go, you will get a new staff and they will make excuse that previous one quit the job. Its their strategy that very first time you will get experienced staff then later on every time you go, it will change. They don’t cover the areas properly, how come one employee takes 25 minutes and other only 10 minutes for the same.Very disappointed and wastage of time and money.

Hydrafacial today from surrey location. Not the best service I have received. I would prefer Langley location over this one. The lady was nice but didn’t deliver results as I have experienced before. Don’t really see much difference after facial compared to when I had it done before at Langley location

Dont waste your money on laser hair removal. I did 10 sessions and nothing happened. The staff did not even bother to help. Every time i went there different person does the work. This place is a garbage i wasted my money. 0 stars!

Rajwant: I got my hydro facial and micro needling and fractora done by Simeran. I’m fully satisfied with her she’s doing great and hard work. All results are good it’s amazing to see how it’s done. I will come back to here again and will highly recommend for this place to hydro facial by Simeran ❤️

My facial was so amazing and relaxing that I almost fell asleep. It was my first facial at uptown and I will be returning next month for my second facial! Absolutely loved it. 10/10The staff was really nice aswell. Had a great experience.I rebooked my facial right after the first appointment.Thank you so much!

I got my hydra facial from here and loved the result. I have dry skin and pores. They did share all the treatments I could get but when I shared my apprehensions, I was not forced to pick one treatment over the other. The technician was upfront, gave me all the information about the hydra facial and kept telling me all the steps as she was working on me. Had a great experience. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.
