I when here for the first time ever and I did the buzz cut and I was amazed by it,I would recommend who ever is looking to get hair cut this is the place to go!! Well for me anyways!!

Was in this morning and had a facial waxing with Julia I believe! She did an absolutely amazing job and was very friendly:) i’ll be back!

i have been for myself a few times and also take my son here. He really likes Joan and Sami (I think that is the ladies names). We will be back. We have been able to make appointments and sometimes they have been able to accommodate a walk-in! Always helpful and kind

Had a 20 min wait the hair stylist put down my hair saying its not nice hair with a cow lick and rooster tail after i said it was starting to look good. Didn't realize till i got in my car but the lady had screwed up my sideburns they weren't even close. Had to have my gf fix the mistakes she made.

Terrible experience, not child friendly staff. Don’t know how to deal with 2.6 year baby. Not blaming to all , only blame to the lady which we dealt with Today. Last time about 3 months before. we were very much satisfied with the staff, very polite and she know how to deal with younger child.Today It is a incident. Even my baby is not co-operative with the step. She didn’t asked or offered for any kind of help . Just stand and cut the hair. Not know how to tactical with baby.Terrible Terrible.We only request the management to place a staff they have technical knowledge to deal with baby.

Did not like the experience. Also gave the wrong change, took nearly 14 dollars in tips without even me telling them they could do that.

That hair stylists are experienced and professional. New manger needs help organizing the products that are for sale, the shop looks sloppy and messy. The previous mangers did a fabulous job at running this salon.Not sure why the new manger.

Saturday June 4th, went on website it said they had a 2pm appt and a 230appt, so went in to store at 2pm. One lady working and no customer. Lady said they didn't take appointments on the weekend.We shopped at Walmart and it they stayed empty

What a great look in the end! They did a fabulous job couldn’t have asked for better and all it took was a brief description and she knew just what to do. I knew I was in good hands and they showed me I was right to believe so!

I discovered a new stylist by the name Emma several months back. Right from the very first cut it's been a pleasant experience. She remembers my name, and exactly how I like my hair to be cut. Can't say I remember a similar level of service outside of high priced boutique salons.Emma takes her time and asks plenty of questions to ensure she's doing the job just the way you like it.She's also quite personable and genuinely great to be around and talk to.Let's hope she sticks around at this place for a while. I truly despise searching for someone that can actually cut my hair the way I like it. Take care of her management!Docked one star from the review as there isn't a great waiting area for customers. They should dedicate a section of the back end of the shop to a waiting area with a half dozen chairs or so. Maybe even throw in a TV...
