Metro Winona Crossing

It's probably the most beautiful grocery store i have experienced. The deli is amazing with a pizza oven and lots of delicious meals. Great meat and bakery departments. 10/10!

Very nice store. Always clean and organized. The prices are sometimes higher than others. Just know your pricing when you shop.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of shopping at Metro Shopping Grocery Store, and I must say, it was a complete disaster. From the moment I entered the store until the time I left, everything seemed to go wrong.First and foremost, the prices at Metro are absolutely outrageous. It's clear that they have no regard for their customers' budgets or financial well-being. Basic necessities that used to be affordable are now marked up to exorbitant prices, making it nearly impossible for regular folks to shop without feeling like they're being taken advantage of. Metro, it's time to prioritize your customers over your profits!But the disappointment didn't end with the skyrocketing prices. The customer service at Metro is beyond abysmal. The staff members are unhelpful, rude, and seem completely disinterested in assisting customers. I encountered several instances where I needed assistance or had questions, and the employees were either nowhere to be found or simply brushed me off with a dismissive attitude. It's as if they believe they are doing customers a favor by allowing them to shop in their store. Well, newsflash, Metro: it's the customers who keep your business running!

Metro has such a good bakery and so much variety. Deli staff always slices and packages meat to perfection.

Opened up at 8:00 am sharp! Grabbed a bouquet of flowers for the Mrs. Got a great deal! Checkout lady wrapped them for me.

While the staff are delightful, the hot food was not. The hot food is lacking in every dimension of flavour, visually unappealing, child size portions and of course it was FN cold and ridiculously overpriced. Metro, you can do better. Will you?

I wanted to share my positive experience. Last night I came to buy some soil but garden centre was closed. Lucky I met Kyle in front of the store who was on his break but took his time to guide me to pay in the store and he loaded all the soil in the car for me.I didn’t even ask but he insisted to help.What a great customer service. I wish we have more caring people like Kyle. Way to go Kyle!Definitely will be doing more shopping in Metro.

We had our son’s birthday and ordered theme based cake from Metro.Out of all the 20 guests, everyone praised how fresh and spongy it was. The combination of cream, sugar and bread was just perfect and we can’t be much thankful to the bakery staff to made it. It was worth every penny and recommend everyone to get cakes from metro for your special occasions.

It's a bit expensive but it is very well kept and fancy !!! They have this really cool scale weight station where it'll give you a sticker. Every item is always to the front facing you and the employees do a great job with the upkeep
