The taste of the bubble waffle was great but it was very crispy almost burnt and too crunchy. Wished it was softer.

Spotted this little joint while at HomeSense. First experience here and my drink came out perfect and so delicious! I got the strawberry yogurt smoothie with 30% sugar. The strawberry jelly balls have such a great texture and are so fun to eat! 10/10 would recommend this drink if you like fruity and creamy drinks!

I've definitely had better bubble tea because their options were limited but still a nice place and some good options. I got the brown sugar oolong milk tea with peals (tapioca) and I asked for creme brule foam but all the foam was at the bottom so my drink got really really sweet close to the end and it was a good amount of sweet (50%) for most of the drink. I wish the order taker told me to mix it well so that I didn't run into this problem.

Gong cha is my go-to place for bubble tea. There are so many options to choose from!! Whenever I order something new, I am never disappointed because it’s all so good! My go-to order is the milk foam winter melon with pearls. I also love the pearl bubble waffles, they’re a must try!!!

I had the Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte and the Oreo Waffle. The creme brulee portion was not to my personal taste but the strawberry portion and jelly were delicious! The waffle was just alright but the Oreo foam on top was an awful texture for me personally. This place overall wasn't great but maybe I'd go again and try something else.

The waffles don't taste good as before, there is alot of black crust on the waffles too, I wouldn't buy it again. It just tasted really bad the 3rd time i tried it.

I ended up trying the mango smoothie bubble tea with tapioca and it was good. The staff were friendly. It's a small location with limited seating.

We went for the first time today and we will be back for sure. All the drinks were made perfectly and the quality was wonderful. Yummy tea and generous with the toppings. This is the best bubble tea in KW hands down. The store is extremely clean and well organized. There is also a really good flow of traffic in the layout of the store. It was super busy when we came in and the line was moving super fast. The thing I was really impressed with was the staff. They were great at checking their work and they were calm and pleasant when the store was packed with people. Well done folks! See you again soon.
