Tony is a wonder! He set up this tourist with a prepaid (plan-free) sim in under 10 minutes. Great, professional, friendly guy to deal with. He can also deliver sim cards to your hotel. 6 stars.

I made an order through Amazon and the process was easy from start to finish. I received my order for the same day/evening service and although it was after business hours Tony promptly responded to my message for help with setup of my SIM cards. My phones were up and running in under an hour. I was hesitant at first to order from Amazon and then nervous when I realized they are based in Montreal ( I am in the Toronto area), but very happy I did. I highly recommend Metro Cellulaire. Was looking to get a SIM card since my US phone plan did not work well in Canada. Found this shop on Google and walked in--owner Tony is very friendly and helpful, and I've never gotten hooked up to a new phone provider so fast. Probably under 5 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I was using my new plan. Tip: This shop is not signed that well so can be difficult to see if you are driving by quickly. They often have a sandwich board out front to identify them....

Awesome! I ordered a Koodo SIM card and had it to my door here in Ontario within 2 days! I was just expecting the SIM card, but I received a SIM card tool and various adapters for it..OH and COUPONS!! :) Now by doing it online, it took a total of 3 days to get my old # transferred from a different provider and I had to reply to a text from them, so don't throw out that old SIM card if you're thinking of doing that! Thanks Metro for the easy as pie and quick service! :)

You are able to buy and register anonymously which is a huge plus if you value privacy. The website is intuitive and easy to use and registration took only 2 minutes. The plans get activated in about 20 mins and work well, I would give this a 6/5 stars if I could.
