I had a very positive experience with the Adelaide Health Clinic. Eric Lau was my physiotherapist and he was able to accurately identify the issue with my foot. The treatments were helpful and I gradually improved until I could resume my regular walking and work-out routine, which was the goal. Eric took the time to explain the treatments and answer all of my questions. I would recommend this clinic and Eric's services in particular.

The receptionist and staff are very helpful and friendly; and their waiting room is open and spacious. They even have iPads available by your seat if you're early for your appointment. The one thing that I do appreciate is that they are very punctual and I have never had to wait for a scheduled appointment.I see my chiropractor doctor, Dr. Lee, majority of the time for my back but I have also seen a orthopedic doctor recommended by him in the clinic. They both were top notch and very professional. They both took their time to really get down to what my problems and issues were and very thorough with explaining what treatments/options are required for recovery. It's been a very long time since my last visit and it's because Dr. Lee showed and explained strengthening and preventive methods for my back. Value add.Keep up the great work!

I've gone to the Adelaide Health Clinic a few times while working downtown. I had started with Physiomed in the Rogers Centre and was disappointed with the method they were using to treat me. They used some kind of Ultrasound treatment which I said was not working. The staff was very nice and all but they kept giving me the same treatment and my shoulder was still hurting. I saw Dr. David Lee and there is nothing like hands on treatment. He told me I would experience some discomfort and to let him know if it's unbearable. He applied pressure to certain points and I extended and rotated my arm. By the end I was sweating bullets. For the next couple of hours my shoulder felt much better. The soreness set in again a little while later which he said might happen but the next day my shoulder was feeling much better overall. He gave me some light exercises to do during the week with rubber bands and after another session a week later my shoulder felt 100% better. I would highly recommend the professionals at the Adelaide Health Clinic. One thing I keep in mind Dr Lee told me after my experience at Physiomed, if you're not liking the method of treatment tell your doctor. Always be 100% honest otherwise you're not getting the most out of your treatments.

I must say that Dr. Campbell is absolutely amazing. I've never had a doctor who follows up with their patients, is thorough, great listener and actually cares about her patients.. She takes her time and goes over everything with you. Finding a good doctor these days is so hard to find and I'm very fortunate to be in her care. Everyone at the clinic is great too.

Used their naturopath service. Wasn’t anything special and for the price I really should have received better service and a more knowledgeable assessment. Not a fan of being forced into sessions just for the test, especially how I had to pay for an hour session to get my results where all she did was read through a couple of the items for a few minutes (less than 5). Save your money, pretty sure 5 minute Google search will give you more than you’ll get here.

Dr. Lau really helped fix my lower back. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, always attentive and on time. Really appreciated the care he took while working with me and helped me get going again. The place is really nice also.

Just had my appointment with Dr Pallikaras. He was very punctual for our appointment. He was very attentive when listening to me. He asked a lot of questions. His treatment plan is very thorough. I really felt like to listen to me and was very empathetic. Highly recommend!

Great experience with physiotherapist Eric Lau. He explained everything very clearly and concisely, got to the root of the problem and between the hands on therapy and exercise homework, fixed my issues. Once again the Adelaide Clinic has offered excellent care. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

I have been coming to the Adelaide Clinic for 15+ years. In that time, I have seen a number of health practitioners (chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy and Chinese medicine) there and have always felt like my concerns and treatment was taken seriously and addressed to the best of their ability. I am also seen on time which is a rare thing in a doctor's office! One of the worst , they doubled booked me and didn’t have a courtesy to apologize. I had wait for an hour due to their mix. Highly disorganized and extremely disrespectful of others time !I had appointment booked for 4.10pm wed Feb 15,2022. When I arrived, I was told they couldn't find the appointment, I had to show email confirmation from their office, after few searches the receptionist requested me to wait for 10 mins and receptionist said doctor can make only 10 min appointment, even though I had a proper confirmed appointmentI waited almost an hour after several request, I was able to see the doctor 55mins ( 5.05pm) from the original appointment which was 4.10pmDr. Found Antoine Sayde was rude, he completed denied there is appointment, asked me show the email proof. Even after showed him the email, He was extremely disrespectful of time , didn't care to apologize. rather he pointed that he as plans for the evening and has to leave and how precious his time was… absolutely did not care about me waiting for 55mins due to appointment mix-up by their clinic.I was treated like a garbage by the clinic staff and Dr Sayde. This is unacceptable!!
