I wish we could provide a negative because that is what I would rate.The customer service (when you can even get someone to answer the phone) is horrible. Extremely rude on the other end of the phone and not helpful at all, the service people NEVER answer the phones nor do the sale people. I am not sure how they are still in business.I have been trying to get my oven fixed for 7 months now and no answers from anyone as to how to deal with this. I am to use their" preferred company however they are no better. I assume they are waiting as long as they can to say it's now out of warranty.I wish I had known this prior to spending over $12

Terrible customer service at the cashier.-They take a long time to process a small purchase and seem to not care about the customer standing there and waiting 20 minutes for one small item to cash out early in the morning.-The women at the cash registers make faces when you ask a question!! The woman who was supposed to cash me out disappeared by the time the warehouse guy came back with the item. Now I have o wait for her. And when I asked the guy to cash me out, the woman who was on the phone at the other register responded with an inflection that I have to wait for her or for the other woman to come back. And when she finally showed up, she made a disparaging face when she heard the tail-end of a response I was giving to the other woman who had made a comment to me. In all, it took me well over 20 minutes to get out of the place for a tiny small dusty stained item.-The item was given to me very dusty and stained, and they didn't even bother to clean it.-The women at the cash register talk amongst each other and with other staff in a foreign language and leave you standing there not knowing what's happening.It's just a total disregard for the customer. I sure will try Canada Food Equipment or any other place (definitely Amazon where possible) where there is professionalism and decent customer service -- even if it will cost more.

I walked in to pick up an order I made online and after reading reviews, my expectations weren't high. I'm happy to say I had the pleasure of meeting Peter who went above and beyond to help me with an order that wouldn't even be worth his time. His customer service and friendliness is what made my experience exceptional. Thank you Peter- I believe every establishment would benefit from someone like you!

I made an order with nella that came in extreamly damaged they gave me an option to simply send it back to exchange it in writing in an email after they recieved it they said they would not exchange it after almost 2 weeks with no response they refused the exchange and said they are sending it back after already agreeing In writing to exchange itComplaint has been filled with the ministry of public and buisness service and will take further action if necessary

No wonder this place all 1 star reviews. By far the worst sales people I’ve ever have to deal with in my life. They are extremely rude and no sense of communication. They me wait (pregnant lady) 1 hour 45 mins to see a sales person after I have made an appointment and also after (sales person) confirmed the appointment yesterday. I was told that the salesperson was on a quick lunch when I first arrived.. after about an hour I saw him having a smoke out on front lawn of the store. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

My husband and I found the ice cream spoons we really like while dining at a restaurant in Toronto. I was able to find the exact same spoons on Nella’s website. When we went to their store in Mississauga, the sales person ( sorry can’t remember her exact name , maybe Lusha )was extremely helpful , she went back to the warehouse couple times to find the spoons for us . She was able to arrange with their other locations when she found out the spoons were on hold for other client for next week pick up so we would able to walk out with the spoons we wanted. We are very happy with the services and definitely will go back for our future needs.

This company use to be our go to" for equipment. Except about a year ago the equipment began consistently to arrive damaged along with the majority of screws missing and faulty defects. One of the worst experiences we ever had in our purchases of equipment. We no longer support this company."

Horrible experience. Came to return my work shoes that do. It feel comfortable what so ever and the lady says no returns on shoes that were worn. If that was the case why wouldn't they inform that to me or mention that on the receipt, horrible customer service and very misleading, just like the rest of the customers in the reviews, I AM DISSAPPINTED. DO BETTER NELLA MISSISSAUGA AND LOOSE THE. ATTITUDE. 0 STARS FOR YOU GUYS AND I'LL HAVE TO PASS THIS ON TO EVERYONE ELSE I KNOW.
