I was in Kensington from out of province and had a small issue with my car. The mechanic here was helpful and professional in diagnosing the issue and getting me on the road again as soon as possible! Friendly professional services that I would recommend to anyone :)

Quick and thoughtful service from all staff and a really clean and well maintained shop. Was extremely happy to find these guys, they were even able to accommodate additional services despite a full schedule.

We experienced flip sides of the coin in a new interaction with this establishment.They were available, polite and fair with pricing on the couple of basic tightening and cleaning-ups performed.Some basic checks do not seem to be in place when requesting road readiness and multi-point inspection ... or just the basic routine checks performed by many garages when bringing a car in.If you do not recheck essentials yourself and check your bill against your request, you may find that some requested points were not covered, even if receiving confirmation of work when booking, on drop-off and pickup.Because I am not a mechanic, we drop our vehicles off for checks, seasonally, before major trips and with any issue.Here, I found that they performed a one specific quick task mentioned but did not do basic road readiness and multi-point check requested. I thought that I was clear. I asked at booking and at drop off. I asked on pick-up if the vehicle was road ready for a long trip. I got a consistent affirmative, but found that checks were not on the bill and actions not performed. Which can cause issue, if you do not catch it and the need to book again (possibly elsewhere) with added wait time.I have not experienced this with other Charlottetown area providers, dealership or franchise mechanics and have not really run into gaps in work completion/communication in twenty years or so (although, I have experienced some issue with finding a reliable and thorough garage prior to that). If you have a single point check/task, it'll likely be done to your satisfaction. If you want a multi-point basic diagnostic, maybe not.. (maybe like a one item per visit doctor office.)

had my inner wheel well pop out when I was in the area visiting and gave the nice people here a call and was able to bring it in right away. within 30 minutes everything was fixed and for a very fair price! thank you so much again!!

I learned about this place from my freind, I had to get a shock replaced and an oil change was overdue. Even though he warned me about them being expensive, I still went ahead and booked myself because my regular mechanic had power outage. On the spot I told them to also check my horn, which stopped working. After couple hours, they handed me my car and this invoice only to learn that they only did oil change and spent rest of the time diagnosing horn. They symply mentioned on my invoice that shock was leaking and wrote a quoation. But I went there to get it actually replaced not to mention it on a paper!From reading the invoice you can learn that they charged me an hour of labour+ some sort of scan tool fee symply for finding why horn was not working. I know diagnosing could take some serious time, but won't they bother to take my permission to run 120$ diagnose for a horn? So here's you being charged 200$+ basically for conventional(not synthetic) oil change. It's not a bmw just a toyoya.

Great service and very friendly. They always take the time to answer and fully explain any questions you may have. Rates are very reasonable as well. Highly recommend these guys.

Pleasant for sure. But over pricing after a few visits. Car old but was continuing having a issue after every visit. Cost of the future repairs extreme to me. But maybe that it was necessary. Told me I'd never find a car. Replacement like they had me cornered into these repairs.

Phenomenal work done on my cars. Great knowledge of vehicles and very good customer service! 10/10
