We had Amhurst deal with our rental property for two years and have nothing but good things to say! They rented it out immediately to decent tenants who took care of the property. They also had them sign in for an extra year! Professional staff and owner who also got back to us in a timely manner if we had questions. I’m in the second year of living in a rental property managed by Amhurst. They’ve been nothing but excellent in their management of my place. They respond promptly when there’s a service need. I’ve been in many rental properties before and there’s usually no inspection of the property until you’re moving out but Amhurst has been here every year. They come with a friendly face to build relationships and to remind/ensure your smoke/carbon monoxide detectors work, filter in the furnace, any plumbing issues etc that they should know about and help with. Plus, they actually acknowledge and appreciate their tenants enough to send a beautiful Christmas card with a gift card in it at the end of the year. As long as I have to rent, a property managed by Amhurst will be my preferred place to live.

I have had all my properties managed by Amhurst since the 1990's and have never had a single complaint. I have no tenant hassles, no worries about renewing leases and sit back and have the rent deposited to my account regularly. Excellent service and response time.
