I have found Joseph and the staff at PR Health to be incredibly knowledgable and supportive of both my recovery and longterm fitness goals. I love PR Health because they not only fix ailments (both short and longterm) but they also educate me on why/how the aches and pains began. PR Health helped me eliminate a very painful and nagging ankle injury that I lived with for over a year. They are very good at working with you on injury prevention, which helps you reach your fitness goals in the future. They have been such a contributing factor in my physical fitness and overall personal growth. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Joe and Farnaz are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I've had multiple appointments with Farnaz so far and I'm seeing much better results than I did with two previous physios. Her exercises have dramatically decreased my pain and discomfort. She is bright, fast and caring. Remember though, once you walk out the door it's up to you to do the exercises!
