Subaru of Moncton

My salesman, Scott Fullerton lied to me throughout the buying process. When my car was delivered, it was damaged. He promised me that he would set up an appointment to have the damaged parts replaced. Plus, I was given temporary plates which expired after two weeks. Which wouldn't be an issue if I would have been sent the actual plates, which I wasn't. For the past three weeks they have been expired and I've been without a car. My salesman has not contacted me since the purchase and has ignored all of attempts at contacting him.Update: after almost a month, I was able to speak to my salesman. I have been given my plates so I can finally legally drive the car I just purchased. He said he will make an appointment for to fix the damage. This whole process has been ridiculous and frustrating.

I had an accident right before Christmas, totaling my vehicle and was on the hunt for a new one. I had a very discouraging experience at another dealership prior to dealing with Scott and Jessica from Subaru of Moncton. They turned that around completely and truly went above and beyond to help me despite issues with insurance, offices being closed for the holidays, and other obstacles. I am so grateful for their wonderful service, their support throughout the process and for getting me into the vehicle that I wanted.

Browsed their new inventory on their website and proceeded to enter my own vehicle details in order to start the process of dealing with them on a lease return/new vehicle lease. Received an email the next day and so far my response to that email has gone unresponded to.To be clear I am in Prince Edward Island so perhaps Subaru of Moncton does not deal with out of province customers?

Dealership is clean. People are friendly. Corey in service area was a great help and very polite and friendly. I would give him 5 stars. Only issues was the fact that manager would not help us find rental car nor lend us rental car while they repaired our Subaru that was still under warranty as our car broken down in Moncton but we are from Montreal. It took a week to repair so we had to go back to Montreal for work. When we picked car up it was still making a noise however it ran so we were not going to have them look at it there. In case they couldn’t repair right away. Taking it into Subaru Brossard to see why there still is a noise coming from engine.

Well done Andrew Brimson! Your professional performance and personal involvement with us during the last week of December has deeply touched our family. My father passed away 21 December, we had a thousand things to do and had not prepared anything for what was to be a tough holiday. Having our Subaru become immobilized was a disaster. Andrew's reaction to our situation was incredible. He provided a vehicle for us and stayed at the dealership until he was confident we were good to go even though it was 4 pm 23 December and he no doubt had other places he could have been.

Nick the sales manager was great to deal with ! Will definitely come see him again when I’m ready to trade.

So far my experience has been really good as a first time car buyer.Dealer I met with was friendly and knowledgeable, got to know my needs and what I wanted, was helpful through the entire process.Financing manager was great as well, walked me through everything very well, was open and honest.So far both of my visits to the servicing center have been great as well (helps there's no issues with my car, but, still, great service changing my tires over).From service alone, I recommend (great cars help a lot, though).

I bought my first car from royce my parents bought a forester in 2021 and it was a great experience.I decided to buy myself a car from him too so I bought a 2023 crosstrek and once again a great experience and service. He even got me and my mom some goodies because we waited a couple hours to go and finish the payments the day that we got the car overall 10/10 experience would highly recommend.
