Everyone at Windsor Chapel welcomed us warmly. As a walk in , John and the rest of the staff took the time to assist my sister and I in the sudden death of our father. They made us feel comfortable and their kind and thoughtful service is greatly appreciated. With a high level of professionalism , care , Windsor Chapel is about building relationships. With the tremendous grief and overwhelming feelings that followed the loss of father , John and his staff were so kind and took care of everything we needed in a timely manner. Followed by a wonderful after care service and continued follow ups to make sure we are ok . From our families, thank you for all of your kindness and for warmly meeting our needs. Our dad died in January 2022. Planning a funeral for the person you loved the most in this world is a daunting task; but the entire staff here were so warm and comforting throughout the entire process and did everything to put our worries at ease. No detail or special request was a problem - they were right there by our side from beginning to end. With their help, we were able to put my father to rest in a way he deserved. Forever grateful for this.

Beautiful funeral home, Elaine & Renee are very nice, I had an issue with flowers that were suppose to be delivered there to funeral home & they were very sincere & showed a great deal of empathy and took action. TY

I visited the chapel recently and was really impressed not only with the facilities but as the well the extremely well trained staff that were so helpful. The facility is not only brand new but the ammenities for the families and their guests leave nothing forgotten. Well done Windsor Chapel. Highly recommend windsor chapel funeral home the south chapel. So compassionate and answered all our questions ,and took the time to sit down with all of my family and made sure we were all good with the decisions we made throughout the difficult process of making sure we had a beautiful funeral for our loved one. The Janisse Family far exceeded my expectations in every way with not only their handling of my mother’s passing but also the way they have taken care of my father after.
