My phone was damaged from hitting the pavement. I went into The Source for a replacement & upgrade. Joseph made the transition a breeze. The whole experience was stress free. Thank you!

Don’t bother calling them. The person on the phone will give you major attitude and not even give you a chance to speak and will talk over you. I ordered something from them but I will never again do so. Take your business somewhere else where the employees respect you.

I was there to get a different pair of headphones tho they were not in stock but Mr. Aakash help me to sort out options and gave me the best headphones with a good deal. Store was clean and organized. Staff was really helpful. Very genuine and knowledgeable person.

Aakash was wonderful! I went in looking to upgrade my phone and he provided me with an awesome deal and stand out customer service! He explained the deal thoroughly and efficiently. He even knocked off a few bucks on the phone case! When I inquired about a screen protector for my new phone, he advised they were out of stock but quickly reccomended I go to Mobolie Inq in the mall and to let them know Aakash had sent me as I may get a bit of a discount- which I received! The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. Thanks again Aakash!

Great service. I'm not usually a fan of the source and their commission sales staff. They always seem to be out for themselves and just wanting to make a profit. My visit to the Langley store didn't feel that way. I've never been to this location before. I felt like my needs were put first.Tyler did a very good job helping me find a new phone. He showed me several options and knew all the differences between them. He helped me decide on one and I didn't feel pressured. I spent about half hour there and I didn't feel rushed. My boyfriend was there and he was so happy with the service he decided to get a new phone too (that wasn't our original plan, we only needed one new phone).We were treated like it didn't matter if we spent money there which made us want to shop there. Versus the Surrey store with high pressure sales people who act like you're wasting their time and they get annoyed when you say you want to think about it first. The attitudes at the Surrey store made me walk out which led me to the Langley store. I was happy with the service and my purchases. I'd definitely return for anything else I need.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Source location. Normally the source is great, someone is always eager to help and answer my questions.I went in today to buy an Apple Watch and indicated I wanted the silver one, the employee called it starlight, so I thought it was right.When I went to the checkout though he was ready to charge me for it without confirming anything.I’m glad I asked for confirmation becausestarlight is the band and not the colour of the watch itself. When I asked if I could see the colour he brought out a silver watch with the starlight band. I felt like something wasn’t right because he said it would look something like this so I asked again. Later he showed me a picture of the gold watch and when I inquired about a silver one he said it wasn’t an option.It wasn’t clear if it was the size of the watch that didn’t have silver or they didn’t have stock or if they simply didn’t offer it at the source. I felt like I had to do way to much probing to get any answers and that they just wanted me to buy it and get out. Keep in mind there was no one else in the store.I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Talked to Allen, the manager, about my samsung galaxy pro earbuds. I had a problem with them staying in my ears. He showed me some others that may work better for me as I have small ear canals and was very professional with great ethics. I decided to keep mine after I changed the silicone sizer and fit them in tighter, and they work great now. This location does take the time to work with you and do their best to make a customer happy. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this location inside Willowbrook Mall. 5 Stars

Was looking for a good phone deal, just walked by the source store. The store manager Akaash explained very well and in detail about the phone deal with bell exactly we were looking for. Finally me and my husband got 2 i phone 12 with best store credentials he can give us. Really appreciate his efforts, he spent around 30-40 minutes to explain us everything about the deal. Will definitely come back for buying more accessories.
