Excellent service from Wade and James!!I went to many workshops before landing by this great workshop. They are honest and do the job how it's supposed to be done. Very happy with their work and fair prices.Whenever you go there make sure to speak with Wade and ask for James. Very friendly and professional.

A vast range of products with well organised sections and helpful staff. Some products seem to be highly price, but one can always search for products to fit your budget. Even after multiple visits, there's more to explore.

Stay away from motomaster batteries. Had to replace 2 of them during 4 year period. And they count warranty from initial purchase. Better go to Costco next time

We went to Canadian tire Waterloo ( Erb) at 11:30 am on Saturday March 11, we had a receipt from my sister who bought the same snow blower like mine but got it $100 cheaper than us, she got it from Canadian tire in Brampton. We tried to price match what she paid, the manager came to talk to us and he was not professional at all, he talked in a very degrading way and I had my father (senior) who paid with his card. My problem now is not the $100 difference, my problem that he wasn’t talking in a nice way and he refused to give the subject any attention, plus he was not even looking to us while we talked, and was looking at his phone. Definitely last time to go to this branch and I will return the whole item!! I am not sure how come a big store like that hires the wrong people to deal with customers!!

This is like any other Canadian Tire except they have a small Party City shop inside too (because they're owned by the same company). You can buy helium balloons or bring your own and get them blown up and balloon bouquets made, party supplies, holiday decor and some costumey gear as well as piñatas. It's very convenient because we don't have anywhere else in our area of Waterloo that does this. Give yourself time though because they get busy and the same people who work in the Party City section of the store are also responsible for bringing out curbside orders.

The worst customer service l have ever imagined from a Canadian Tire representative. This young man needs to be trained on how to provide customer service or have him away from customers. Rude person.I have switched to another tires business where respectful people work.Keep this kind of people upfront and there will be more customers going away.Totally disappointed.

Very Unprofessional staff, not a good store to shop. Very Rude assistant Tony, told me to look for the information on my phone while I was in the store and the other agent already opened it on store computer. Bennie made fake promises to sell the product. Offered me and showed me free 30 day tune up for lifetime when I purchase a bicycle. There's lot to write about. Worst customer service representatives,. I would like to discuss about it more if someone could reach me from higher management. This store really needs a coaching.

Other than being the store nearest to Costco, it’s always been a great experience here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and walk the extra mile to help you find or get the right stuff viz. accessories, consumables or other equipment that would best suit your requirements.
