First question: is it for insurance … Only interested in high value insurance claims… they obviously like open ended repair orders with no estimates. Tried to suggest major body panel re-alignment needed for a minor incident… can’t fool someone who has done bodywork for 45 years… won’t ever use them. Insurers beware!

Been having work done there for a very long time.Wandered in, guy behind the counter was rude..said that he would be a minute and come look at the vehicle. Then he sat at his desk doing paperwork and ignored us. We waited in the office, then waited in the parking lot.. then ultimately got into the vehicle and drove away.End of getting vehicles worked on there for me. What a jerk!
