Christopher's Flowers

Ordered red roses for my wife and received yellow ones that have about 2-3 days life on them. Called and talked to the owner Michael after my wife had already tried to resolve the issue herself. The owner wanted me to run them back into town after I already paid delivery for an arrangement that was incorrect to begin with. He was condescending and numerous times chuckled at me as I was voicing my frustration. I told him I would not be giving them my business anymore and he could have cared less. He would not issue a credit towards a future order, only option we had was to bring them back ourselves. Terrible customer service and will never go there again. If you ever have a problem with them don't count on them making it right.

I took a silver cup of my mums in for a sweet little arrangement for my new granddaughter. The results were perfect for this gift. At Thanksgiving I took in an old turkey planter from my collection and the arrangement was stunning! Thank you ladies for your care and creativity. One small disappointment I had not realized they close at 4p.m. due to my lack of attention. I arrived on the date promised at 4:10p.m. and the arrangement was prepaid and ready to go. The delivery van was in the driveway running and the gentleman inside the shop ignored my knock on the door and just twenty feet from me got into the delivery vehicle and sped off. I am intelligent enough to know hours must be kept and business is business. I knew my need, he did not. I never would impose after hours for any time consuming transaction. I have worked in the Florist- Greenhouse businesses and know we made exceptions that took us a few minutes past closing. While I am single sided deaf I must assume the gentleman was completely deaf and great at ignoring a patron of Christopher's.Thanks again ladies..well done! I'm impressed that nearly two weeks later the arrangement is as fresh and pretty as the day it was created!!Merry Christmas!

Not only did the florist not deliver to a hospital- the merchant contested my credit card dispute and still charged me. He called me immediately after a previous 1 star review and was extremely rude. NEVER USE THIS FLORIST!

DO NOT USE THEM! The worst experience I've ever had with a florist, see pictures. What was advertised on their website was nothing like what was delivered. The arrangement was not varigated in color and came in a cheap plastic pot. When I called to complain, they said that they sometimes have to substitute. I understand substitutions, but the arrangement looked like a clearance plant from a hardware store. They insisted on arranging a pick up of the item to give me a refund.

Hands Down the BEST Flower Shop I have ever been to!!! I literally drive out of my way if I need flowers for someone. I live an hour away, if that tells you anything! I only want the best for the ones who are special to me & my family. Don’t look anywhere else.. seriously just place your order through them!!!

My granddaughter was at the McLaren hospital having her first baby. I wanted very much to be there but I live in New Mexico. I wanted at least to send her a nice flower arrangement to congratulate her and welcome her baby girls.I called and I explained what I wanted. The arrangement was expertly and artfully crafted and was not only gorgeous but the fragrance of the roses made the room smell good!I was moved to tears! It was gorgeous! My granddaughter absolutely loves it! Thank you so much for helping me to help create a beautiful memory for my granddaughter and our family!Your service is amazing and I am very greatful!

I used Christopher's flowers as my wedding florist for my centerpieces. Wow! They were gorgeous! Sooo many compliments and really well priced. $500 under another florist I was going to use. I highly recommend this company!
