Honestly how hard can working a fast food restaurant really be? I’ve never had so many issues with one place ever. Almost every time I get food, the pattys are burnt to a crisp. Not to mention the countless other times where they messed up my order. Cutting me off mid sentence saying “anything else?” And then gets the order wrong, maybe if they listened to the customers order they’d get it right.

Terrible location. It closes at 10:00 pm. We arrived at 7:50 pm to eat inside and the gate (look at the picture I took) was half way down, as if they were about to close. All employees seemed lost and service was not the best. The baked potatoe was miniscule. I’ve never seen one so small at any other Wendy’s. Fortunately, I don’t live anywhere close to this location. For sure I’ll never come back.

Used to be better at this location. Now food is put together sloppy with toppings falling out. Service is slow even at the drive through. Do not count on service with a smile.

Worst Wendy's ever.... Horrible customer service every time! They clearly don't care about their customers.... I'll start playing the bit extra in deleveraging save star getting delivery from the one in Newmarket! Just THE WORST

Went through drive through around 10:45 on sat night oct 22 2022. Asked for a double burger with no onion and a med fry.Fries were cold, burger had onion on it and was still pinkWill not be coming back.

I just stopped by for a frosty. It tasted good, but service was slow despite several people working behind the counter.This location has a Tim Horton's under the same roof (separate counters) and that makes it easy to order separate meals.Location is large and it has ample parking.

It is a good and big Wendy’s location and the good things about it is that it is big and clean and they get your orders right. I order a Dave’s double with everything double and sometimes a baked potato, which I am still very happy they have because I do not do fries. The only issues is the plaza access is a bit tricky, but it’s been like this since day one. Still recommended if you like Wendy’s on Tim Hortons.

When ordering from drive thru check your orders . Orderd a Dave's double combo got a single and no fries. Got home and tried to call the store, but there was no answer ( I had tried several times)

This is the worst Wendy's to ever go to. During the week it's over crowded with the high school kids from the nearby school. Forgot about getting any food. In the evenings they're always making excuses that out of something or the equipment is not working. $1 frosty's for the kids? NOT at this location!!! They do not participate, and why bother the equipment is never working anyways. In conclusion this is the most poorly run, managed fast food restaurant I have ever seen!!!!!

Clean bright dining room. Decent drive thru. Friendly staff. Shares the dining room with a Timmies. Small awkward parking lot.
