Wonderful place for car oil change. We came in the morning and were lucky to be the first in line. The process for oil change is super fast and efficient, no appointment is needed! The technicians are super nice and professional. They take care of every single details for your car and answer all your concerns with full of patience! Very fair price and time efficient!

Had an oil change and 20 minutes out of the city my oil pan shield fell half way off scrapping the pavement. Luckily they were still open and someone came out to help me. She had to take it completely off cause she didn’t bring anything to attach it properly. I went back in Friday to have it properly put back on and they were unwilling to compensate me at all for any of my time (1hr 45mins) that I sat on the side of the road because of their lack of care to ensure my oil was changed and car was put back together properly. She actually argued that I should just be happy she got me new bolts for free. Their customer service is definitely not anything I’d recommend. Hopefully they supervise their new mechanics better so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future.

Horrible Service. Did not have time to change my father in laws oil on his 2000 Venture Van. Went to the Great Canadian Oil Change. Problem is there is nothing great about it. It was Wed afternoon Sept 21. No one there, they change the oil and I’m off. I park the vehicle in my driveway only to find out the next day there is a huge oil slick under the van and in my driveway. I jack up the vehicle to make sure these people did not leave the filter loose. Nope. They did not clean anything under the vehicle after the oil change. The oil drained into the engine cradle and coated the underside of the van. I called the female manager on what happened. She apologized. She did not offer to have me bring the vehicle back so they could clean THEIR MESS! I ended up buying 2 cans of brake clean, $14.00 to clean the van and driveway. These people are useless and have no customer service. Will never use them again and this was my first time. This is what $100.00 gets you. Bad pathetic service! I do not recommend them.

Very professional service. Fast and easy. Staffs were courteous, ready to help and very friendly.
