Don't use KDR Appliances Repair & Installation! They're extremely slow, rude, and don't know what they're doing. I could have fixed my appliances in less time than it took for them to come out and charge me for the wrong part. They just want your money and aren't honest about what's needed. Save yourself the hassle and stay away!

KDR Appliances Repair & Installation does not show up when they are supposed to. The first time, they didn't show up for about a week. The second time, they showed up with the wrong parts. Their prices are also very high and the quality of their work is below average. I wouldn't recommend using Alpha Appliance Repair Service of Toronto if you can help it!

I was having a problem with the ice maker in my refrigerator, so I decided to call in a local repair company. They came out and charged me $100+ for parts that weren't needed. That same day, my fridge stopped working again, so I ended up having to buy a new one. The whole thing was a scam!

KDR Appliances Repair & Installation is a complete scam. They don't know anything about appliances and their service is terrible. The prices are outrageous and there's no point in calling them because they never take the time to listen to your problem or help you find a solution. My advice is to stay away from these con artists!
