We booked our car on the website from 10am to 7pm. We arrived at the 9.45am and there was a line (5 groups ahead of us). After one hour waiting, we made it to the desk and he informed us that they don't have more cars.... this was unbelievable and there were at least 7 groups more after us...Recommendation - if you go for it, go early!We ended up going to the airport and getting the car there (this option worked well but it wasn't the ideal). We started the day with the car at 12pm..

We dropped our car at this location. You have to use complex parking which is on the other side of the building. Ask Hilton valet for the direction.

Due to construction in the hilton enter through the indigo parking lot and go to third floor to find the office. It says Budget but it works for both.

There were no cars and it took more than 2,5h waiting. No complaints for the car itself, it was Fine. The problem is that the agency was not aware of the road closure and got no cars to customers. There were people about to punch the atendente, which was terrible.

When I arrived the gentleman seemed to be inconvenienced by my arrival especially since I was the only one there. They didn't have the car type I reserved and I was informed from my hotel you'd get up to a $10 credit for having to take a cab. I handed him my receipt and instead of getting a credit, I think it went in the trash. Never having been to Quebec or knowing my whereabouts he didn't attempt to upsell me anything, therefore I had to ask for a GPS unit. After receiving that I was sent through a labyrinth of stairs, and escalators into the garage. Before heading down I asked about damage and he replied oh

met 2 staffs there in and out and both were friendly and courteous. check in efficient. A small office at the back of the hotel and customers need to locate and return cars in the parking premises nearby, which may be a bit different from what customers are used to.
