Recently got a new XC40 and had a really good experience with Brandon.Throughout the process we never felt unnecessarily pressured, and learned a lot about the car and Volvos generally.What I appreciated most was that even after the deal was signed, Brandon still put a lot of time and effort into working with us up to the delivery and beyond. Some salespeople (cars, real estate) tend to drop off once the deal is done as they have little incentive to invest energy at that point, so the fact that we got great service to the end meant a lot.

I’ve been working with Sahib and the team at Volvo Toronto. This is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a dealership. They’re knowledgeable, patient, and will do what’s right to make sure you choose the right vehicle. I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market for a vehicle.I went to a lot of dealerships around the GTA, and Volvo Toronto could not be beat.

Just bought my first Volvo, the S60 Inscription!!! Couldn’t resist after the wonderful experience I had with Jennifer, the sales associate. She was organized, and with ease she was able to run through all the features and benefits of the car. The test drive was well put together. Her ability to deliver on the price I needed to keep within budget was impressive to say the least. Everything about the experience far surpassed that of other dealerships I visited throughout the day. Jennifer was able to convince my partner who preferred other vehicles until testing out the S60. At any rate, Iooking forward to enjoying the car and likely I’ll be back once my lease is up! Thanks Jennifer!!!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, from walking in without an appointment till picking up the car and the first service. Deanza took care of everything from start to our first service and followed up with us after everything. The team at downtown Volvo had to be one of the best in the city!!

For those looking to purchase a car for their small business, this is a terrific option as a dealership willing to do all the paperwork for you when there are limited options based on the limited supply of vehicles. Shorter wait times than other national dealerships, great customer service, and great communication. Compliments to Deanza on superb service.

Received great customer service from Sahib when shopping for an XC90! We ended up buying elsewhere because of the specific combination of features we were looking for but would definitely recommend working with him at Volvo of Toronto. Sahib was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and cooperative throughout the entire process, and even courteous and supportive after we told him we bought elsewhere. A great overall customer service experience.

Great services, and usually very accommodating, especially during outside of the winter tire installation time.Very conveniently located, if you don't want to wait at the dealership for a service, the distillery district is just a short walk away.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The absolute worst service center. Beware before buying any extended warranty with them or purchasing a preowned certified vehicle. My XC90 has had numerous issues!

Just visited this dealership to have a long overdue recall taken care of and wanted to leave some feedback for a pretty great technician. Seng is exceptional! He's very knowledgeable of the Volvo cars he services, gave me some great, honest feedback on the status of my vehicle, and did great, efficient work (as always) to get me back on the road fast! He's taken car of my car in the past so well that this time when I came to the dealership, I asked for him by name. Thank you Seng!
