Grand Car Wash - Toronto

Great experience. My car looks great! Great customer service, professional staff. Will definitely bring my car back. Have been to other detailing places and Grand car wash did a better job and for a better price.

We were not very satisfied with our experience. We paid for the Platinum Package that entails a comprehensive and in-depth interior detailing, which we did not receive. I asked the lady (she worked the front desk) why the inside compartments and in between the seats were not cleaned, and her response was, It's not included in your package." We continued to observe the car and notice many spots were missed

I got the Gold express car detail and was overall pleased with the results. It takes a while and you need to book it ahead of time (took 1.5 hrs, but that was also the estimate when I booked it so no surprise there). There's a Starbucks within walking distance which was a great spot to work while they worked on my car.My car was absolutely full of sand and fur and I was VERY impressed with how clean it looks now. All of that has been cleaned away. The reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars is that the windows are a bit streaky on the inside and not ALL of the bug marks from the bumper were removed, but for the price, I will absolutely be returning here.The woman working the desk in the past was not the best to deal with, but there is a new one, and she was pleasant and very helpful! Happy that they have (hopefully) resolved that issue.

Would NOT take my car back here or recommend to any friends. I booked the silver package and dropped my car off on the weekend. The package description emphasized salt stain removal in driver footwells, standard brush detailing and premium exterior clean and wash". I thought my car would be sparkling which was not the case. When I picked up my car I was extremely unimpressed with the service... Not even sure what they cleaned! Overpaid for a 2 hour vacuum. Salt stains left in the driver foot well

After seeing an Instagram ad for a full detailing package for $130 and ‘improved service’, I made an appointment in February.The gentleman on the phone was nice and answered a few questions I had including whether I had to remove a few items from my trunk (he jokingly reassured me that no, the staff would remove that, and I should only remove valuable items.)When I arrived for my appointment, I was “helped” by an extremely rude lady who did not ask me for my name, appointment time or appointment details. She told me to “park my car over there” and gestured outside the building. I parked my car alongside the building and came back in. She said “where is your car?!” And when I said I parked she rudely said “No! You have to go to the car wash line.”I went back outside and joined a long line of cars waiting for the car wash.After some time waiting in my car, a nice employee came and asked me what I was here for and apologized for the confusion. He told me that if I was paying for a full detail package I do not need to bring the car through the car wash myself. He took the keys and car from me and I went back inside to pay.It was at this time that I was asked what service I wanted. There was no record of an appointment.I said I had wanted the Instagram special and the lady was not aware of what that was.I paid for the service and my car was inspected. The lady was extremely rude and upset that I had left a few items in my trunk. This was my first time ever getting a detail and I had clarified specifically over the phone if that was ok.The detail took around 2 hours which is very reasonable. The car was overall pretty clean but there were a few missed areas and some areas that needed another vacuuming.There were also smudges of cleaner on the inside of the windshield that I noticed later.I asked them to touch up a few of the missed areas and they had me pull my car into a service bay.While the touch ups were being done, another employee came out to have a cigarette inside the enclosed service bay right beside my freshly cleaned car with all its doors open.Coincidentally while the employee was touching up my car, I looked to the left to see my very obviously reusable Starbucks cup and chapstick on a cart that had not been put back in my car.My car was also missing a small felt liner for one of the interior tray areas. I noticed this only after I had left, and this area now has exposed screws. I didn’t even bother calling back as I know it would be in vain and the liner was probably thrown out.As I was leaving, I was told that it might take up to 72 hours for the seats to dry.I was expecting maybe 24 hrs. I would have appreciated being notified of this when I made the appointment or when paying.When I picked up friends the next evening, the seats were still soaked and I had to have them sit on plastic garbage bags.It ended up taking almost A FULL WEEK for my seats to dry fully and I park in an underground parking lot where it is warm.If I was parked on the street every day, in February, I’m sure the water would have frozen and not dried at all.My car now smells mustier than it did before the detail.I will personally be looking elsewhere for my next detail mainly due to my awful experience with the front desk staff.

Amazing service! Had my car done inside and out. Looked like the day I first got my car. Feels and looks brand new. Would highly recommend going here. Will definitely be returning

Save your money and car and go somewhere else. We requested the diamond package and this review is based off the sites description of it. They promise “perfection inside and out”. To start We called in advance to make sure they understood our expectations and we decided to give the place a chance because we spoke to someone there who promised us good results despite the reviews. He claimed that the store is under new management and that the bad reviews were from before the new management.Everything from the detailing down to the lobby is a complete disaster. We took photos of all sides inside and outside the car for our own assurance.When picking up our vehicle, there was a chip on the car that was not there prior and our photos prove it. There was still dog hair, food and crumbs in the carpet. The glove compartment wasn’t cleaned. The residue from the wipes they use for the leather was very visible on the seats and also where they used the wipes on plastic even tho it’s for leather. We paid an additional 20$ for the inside top to be cleaned as well. It’s now discoloured and the texture is visibly damaged.We requested the DIAMOND PACKAGE and we got our car damaged in return and was met with the rudest staff. The receptionist was a great listener. The male staff who worked on our car should not work in a customer based industry whatsoever.

Great service! I have been bringing all of my employer’s vehicles to this establishment regularly in the last 3 months or so… I’m a busy personal assistant and time is always of an essence! This place never disappoints and staff is very nice and professional. They always make sure I’m fully satisfied with the final look (in case they have missed a detail)I will definitely continue bringing business back to those guys ;)

I am thrilled with the results of my full detailing at Grand Car Wash. My Benz looks brand new again! The team was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to explain the process and answer my questions.
