We get our Burgman serviced here. Nice people. Never had a problem.I do wish they had a computer system where they keep a record of all your past services so it is easy to spot and keep track of any recurring issues and stuff, but I guess we just need to keep your own records.That said... we plan to continue using Stratford Cycle Centre to maintain our Burg.

I have not had work done here but they where Highly recommended by a different motorcycle shop when I called him explained what was wrong with my bike and the F code that Was coming up he told me how to fix it,anyone else would want you to bring the bike in and pay for an hours labor to read codes I promise you if and when I need repairs done that I can’t do. Stratford Cycle Will be the shop for me James seems to be a very honest man. I believe he is the owner THANK YOU

Went in for a tire replacementEnded up with new brakes on top with no curtesy call. Bill was way higher than quoted. Owner threatened to take parts off bike instead of offering customer service compromise. I guess the only shop in town can take advantage of the local folks with no regard.No recommendations here!!

, Had a bike fixed here a few years ago and leaked oil everywhere afterwards and wouldn't claim responsibility. just had a bearing repaced in the tranny of my atv and 2 hours after riding it, the tranny case cracked open and they wouldn't own up to it and won't fix it They have experience and large access to knoledge and can probably have your part yes but all they want is your money and are overpriced and dishonest. They have lost all my respect and will never be a customer here again. The customer service is grumpy and they show no intentions on trying to help. Bring your toy here and next thing you know it'll need this, this and this and it'll cost a arm a leg and probably your firstborn. Unless you know nothing about fixing and like having the wool pulled over your eyes don't waste your time or money here

Well last week I went in and paid$ 21 plus taxes per tire to change out 4 atv tires.When I picked them up it was dark out so I threw the tires into my truck and took them home. When I go to put them away I noticed that both of my rear tires beads are torn up rendering the tires useless. Wichita they were still good and I was going to reuse them. Not once did someone from the shop tell me about this mishap nor did I get offered a discount. They just let me pay and be on my way. So needless to say I paid them to change out my tires and screw 2 perfectly good ones.I find this to be ignorant and disrespectful and they have lost me as a customer over this. NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ANYMORE. Well unless they actually read this review and attempt to make it right.
