Great retail people excellent prices

I am a nurse that lives in scrubs pretty much 24/7. I am not a fan of shopping to begin with on a good day, let alone clothing shopping for myself, ESPECIALLY after gaining weight over the pandemic. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a lovely young woman named Tawnie. She asked if she could help me, and I was certain she would regret that she'd asked me. I explained that I needed some clothes, that I hated shopping and am super uncomfortable in anything at the moment. She took the time to take me through the store, show me so many options and also went through the clearance selections to make the burden of shopping, even happier in my wallet!! Not only did I leave with some clothes, but I actually left with a smile. I wanted to give her a shout out because I've never had such great customer service before and Tawnie is certainly very good at her job. Anyone who is like myself, hates the chore of shopping, please do yourself a favor and shop with her! Thank you again Tawnie for making my experience such a positive one!

Poor customer service! Got an email to pick up my online order by dec 25, the store was closed on 25th, they shouldn’t have emailed me the last date to be 25th if it was going to be closed, when i called them on 25th no one picked the call, on 26th on call they said they cant do anything to revert the order cancellation. It was totally their mistake and they should have been considerate for atleast listening out that my family was under the virus and so we cudnt come earlier to pickup. I wish i cud 0 stars for their apathetic attitude!The employee who picked up the call - his name was James!

I really like the clothes from Old Navy; however, from my experience.. I strongly advise customers to double check with the price and the sales rack. I had a cashier tell me the jeans I wanted to buy is a regular price when its clearly for sale. Instead of double checking right away, she wanted to argue that it's for online (so basically instead of double checking right away she wanted to sound like the store is falsely advertising)For example: the picture as shown. There should be transparency between the staff and the customers when it comes to sale price vs regular price to avoid arguments like this

Terrible men's selection, couldn't find most of what I was looking for. When I was back in town realized a shirt that was marked $10 on the tag was charged $15.

Selection isn't the greatest and some items seem very over priced. But the staff are always very nice and the store is clean.

I liked old navy more before they took out the plus size clothing from there stores. I rarely go into the store now and it's sad, they no longer can have my business.They need to bring it back and they will see how many more sales they have.
