Crave Cookies and Cupcakes

The Carrot Cake Loaf is outstanding. Moist, flavourful and absolutely delightful!! Customer service is ALWAYS exceptional. I throughly enJOY purchasing from Crave in Saskatoon.

I’ve always loved their cupcakes, and we ordered a cake from them for the first time this past weekend. The cakes are a bit pricey, but amazing! And they feed a large crew. We fed around 50 people with a 10 inch cake and 18 cupcakes.

The workers there are amazing!! I came in today and i just tried the new strawberry flavour and it was SO GOOD!! They always do an amazing job at satisfying my sweet tooth:)

Crave Cupcakes were so incredibly nice and accommodating when I couldn’t pick up my order due to illness. Not only did they offer alternative pickup options but when I ultimately couldn’t get them they gave me a credit for a future order. Amazing customer service and delicious cupcakes!

Their cupcakes are absolutely DELICIOUS! I am in love with the strawberry buttercream. Cake is moist and frosting is airy and smooth.

Very disappointed with the delivery service of this location. Placed an order for Father's Day cupcakes to be delivered to my husband at work. His place of employment is within the city limits and the Crave website did accept the delivery address, postal code and payment. A day before the delivery I was told that the delivery address was not one that they could deliver too as it was outside of their delivery area - which would have been understandable if their website hadn't confirmed otherwise. The manager I spoke with was kind but didn't seem all that interested in rectifying the situation. When my refund was issued, it was only partial. The $15 shipping fee wasn't refunded, funnily enough, and now I'll have to chase that. On top of all that, the late notice was incredibly frustrating. If I needed to cancel my order I would have needed to give them at least 48 hours notice, but they didn't have an issue waiting until 4pm, the day before delivery, to cancel mine, leaving me without many options for tomorrow. Just disappointing all around.

Firstly I want to say that I’ve never had a bad cupcake from crave , they are always amazing and taste delicious. I have been a customer for many years so I am so disappointed at the customer service that my daughter and I received today . My daughter was excited to pick out a few small cupcakes , and she always has a hard time choosing , the girl behind the counter was very short with us when letting us know that all the flavours of the small cupcakes were the same as the big ones displayed in the glass display . This was her attitude the entire time my daughter and I were in the shop . She even gave a nice big eye roll when I asked to purchase a bottle of water . Unfortunately we will be taking our future business to the bakery up the road where the service is always friendly and pleasant.

I came to the store an hour before closing and they ran out of cupcakes. which was fine because I just wanted to come inside to discuss if they can do some custom cupcakes for a birthday party in a week. The person working there wouldn’t let me come in and said that anything can be done on the website. The website only gives me an option of changing the colour and it’s not what I had in mind. Also I wanted to know how big are the regular vs the mini cupcakes. It wouldn’t take more than 5 minutes just to help me.

I was excited to come here for some cupcake/dessert after all the reviews said it's good. I am sadly disappointed because they cupcakes was dry and the buttercream was sooo sweet that I can't taste anything but sugars. I am amazed how someone from BC coming all the way here for cupcakes when in Vancouver,BC have better cupcakes that is not dry and not so sweet that u can eat at least 3 to 4 mini cupcakes without tasting so much sugar in 1 mini cupcakes. I tried to like it and eat 2 mini cupcakes but couldn't even finish the 2 and cutting off the buttercream. I would suggest to cut the sugar down a bit and not over baked the cupcakes. If the store do these 2 changes, it would be nice. Maybe try going to Vancouver, BC cupcakes" store in metrotown and taste how they cupcake is because it's not dry and they make it fresh everyday and don't have many leftover."

In my 50 years I have never tasted a better cake or cupcake than what my mother made. Until today. My wife picked up some cupcakes for my daughters birthday. The red velvet was hands down the best cupcake I have ever tasted! I regret having to tell my mother about this. However I feel that if I bring along a few cupcakes like the ones I had it will smooth things over pretty quickly.
