Wow, what a great company, and product! Our boy Tulelo needed to utilize our space to run, and that is exactly what Invisible Fence Brand NS delivered. Right from the get go, they were truly invested in providing a product that worked for our situation, and were determined to get our boy and us trained so he could enjoy it.Kristi our trainer was amazing. She would not graduate him, until she was 100% sure he was contained, and worked with us to determine why in some areas he was not responding to the fence line. He is completely free now, and can be left for periods of time unattended without worry of him leaving the property.The installation team was amazing, they put the fence exactly where I wanted and also came back and moved a piece of it to correct the frequency that was too close to the power to the house.Give yourself the peace of mind and your furry friends the freedom they need to run!Thanks team!Crystal

Very professional, Kristi got our little man trained up, and he is enjoying his new found freedom! She went at his pace and made sure some technical issues were resolved before graduating him. Excellent service and product!

We have two wonderful rescue dogs; one 7 and one 9 and a large lot in a sub-division. Both dogs would run to the street every time someone would walk by and we could not convince them this was not a good idea despite all of our positive re-enforcement efforts. We were hesitant to install an invisible fence because of their age and the fact that we had no idea what their history was. We didn't want to scare or traumatize them in any way. Well, we should have done this long ago. They are not only now enjoying the full perimeter of our lot without terrifying neighbourhood walkers; they have become incredibly responsive to our calls. They seem happier and so much more relaxed; knowing their limitations. The Invisible Fence works for us and the IFTeam has been wonderful. The training was easy (in retrospect) although I must admit it was fairly stressful (again, we were only worried about our dogs and their psyche). The IFTeam was reassuring and responsive to our concerns and guided us through it - they also love dogs! We couldn't be more pleased - Sally and Max want to thank the Invisible Fence Team for making their lives so much better.Woof! Woof! Woof!

Fantastic training sessions with our four dogs! Two of our dogs are rather large and aggressive towards other dogs and need to be contained. Shelly, Sue and the folks at Invisible Fence worked hard to help us solve our brief fence running issues. They are great to work with and really care about our dogs and ensuring that we get the solutions and service we need!

I never thought it could be done with my pack of 5 dogs but Shelly and Kristy made the impossible happen. We recently purchased a summer home that came with an Invisible Fence system. We called Invisible Fence Brand Nova Scotia and they came out and repaired and got the system working and then sent us Shelly and Kristy to train our dogs. The pack immediately responded to them, trusted them and learned from them and so did we. Now our dogs can roam and play and we don’t have to worry about them running off. Our appreciation goes beyond words!

I cannot recommend this product highly enough. I have had it for 20 years and have kept 8 dogs safe. It gives all my dogs the freedom to run and play without constant supervioion. The training is straight forward and support for any type of issue is always there.

So this is from a pure skeptic, the fence actually does work with the really, really tough cases. We have two border collies, both of whom are escape artists and just live to chase anything, including cars and trucks. We tried everything and finally opted for the invisible Fence and it works like a charm. Kristy was so knowledgeable and so helpful and the team who laid the fence were extremely professional. Now 4 months later except for the flags no one would know the fence is even there, except the two it's meant to keep inside. If you have a very smart, determined dog I can tell you the product works. The peace of mind is worth cost.

I wasn’t a believer in this working for my active run away!! But my goodness, my 4yr old pit/lab was fully trained, off leash and going outside on his own in 21/2 weeks!!! The Invisible Fence Team are always friendly and reliable. They love dogs and it shows! Our newest edition was trained at 5 months - so I know it works for pups. Prior to getting our pup, we had a system for about 11 years. Our little beagle had just turned a year and being at our wit's end, we needed something to contain her. We really wanted her to enjoy the whole yard and be outside with us. I didn't think this would work for a beagle - but it sure has. Having the Invisible Fence allows our dogs to sniff, roam, play and patrol their yard - which makes them happy! Thank you Shelly for all your help!
