I have an existing plan with Fido and I only needed a new iPhone 14 pro max, I got the phone, and the manager told me I got a free $50 activation fee. But when I received my Fido bill the next month, I got charged service/activation fee of $50. I called him back and he said I will get the $50 back in 3 months. Which is not believable. I am disappointed at their service. Why charge me the amount of $50 when you are giving it back to me in 3 months. It doesn’t make sense.

I was there in the last week of December when the whole staff was super busy due to boxing day rush. Still, Sandeep Gujral was extremely helpful and gave me sufficient time to clear my doubts and I ended up buying my next phone from them. Kudos to him and the team. Well done guys & keep it up!! Definitely recommend him to be your 'Go person'!!

I got my iphone13 from this store and i must say they do provide attractive discounts and offers. The assistant manager of this store ,Gazal is exceptionally nice and provides excellent customer service, she even guides aftermaths of buying phone. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this store.
