Advance Passion Beauty Boutique - Unisex Salon

I booked this salon 2 days before my vacations for hydrafacial, nails, pedicure, hair cut and other basic services. I dont the name of the lady who booked me in and gave me deals over the call which I confirmed thrice. On the first day I got my hydrafacial and nails done which were satisfactory. on second day I went for the remaining services, when I entered the owner was sitting on the chair and was getting massage from her employee continuously for long time. When they started my hair and I told the girl to do blowdry waves she said this will be extra charge of 35 CAD. I told her that I booked the services over the call the price is already decided for me. In the meantime the owner came to me ans started arguing in such a rude manner that I couldn’t stay there for a minute and left my hair in between andwas not able to complete all my services. As the employees were nice I paid the tip which I hope that the rude owner will give them and left.Please dont go there, the owner is not well mannered and talks very arrogantly

I went at there place for Botox. Lady named Nindi treated me and really appreciate her as she did a great job. All staff at their place are really nice . Would like to recommend to go and see their work specially Nindi.

I highly recommend this salon. They are so accommodating and always make time to fit me in with an appointment no matter how busy they are. If something comes up suddenly and I am unable to make it to an appointment and need to cancel and rebook they are extremely understanding and don’t give me a difficult time. All the staff are polite and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel pampered. I have had Nindi attend me at this salon and she does not rush you she takes her time with you and makes sure you are fully satisfied before you leave.

It was my first time visiting the salin and i am so impressed by their services. Inder did my waxing and how incredible she is. Such a kind hearted person. Overall my experience was too good. Highly recommend. :)

Today, I had an eyebrow appointment at a salon and was attended to by a lady named Inder. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Throughout the appointment, Inder continuously complained about my thick eyebrows, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Her body language and facial expressions gave the impression that she didn't want to provide me with the service. This was quite surprising and disappointing, especially considering that this was my fourth visit to the salon and I had never encountered any issues before.As a result of this unpleasant encounter, I have decided that I will not be returning to this salon in the future. It's disheartening to receive such strange and unprofessional customer service, especially when I had previously enjoyed my visits.

The best saloon I ever seen. Positive and cooperative staff. Happy with service. I rocommy to everyone to visit here. I wish I can give 100 starts but limit is up to 5.

Great Service! Nindi did a very good job cutting and styling my hair. Highly recommend getting your hairs done by her.Overall great customer service too.

I always get my eyebrows done from this place. All the staff is very nice and friendly. Preeti does an amazing job in doing eyebrows whether its your first time getting eyebrows done or just need a clean-up , just approach her.
