What an amazing group of people to work with! My senior mom was struggling with her current hot water heater and the company she was renting from, she has had other services done by service plus and called them, they took complete control of the situation and from the initial call to the installation of the new waters heater was 24 hours!! I helped mom through the process and dealt with Mary Ann, she was so kind and friendly and Peter ensured Mom was taken care of from start to finish, without a doubt I would recommend this company!!

We ordered a fireplace through ServicesPlus and had it installed this week. It was probably the best experience and group of people my wife and I have worked with.The unit and the staff showed up on time the day we had booked for installation. Our job was not an easy one to contend with as it meant that an old fireplaces was going to be removed and involved some careful planning for the installation of the new unit. When I found out the furnace in my rental unit needed replacing, The property manager said services plus would be coming.. Peter , Jordan, and Floriano were the people I immediately dealt with.. These gentlemen were the absolute best best serviceman I have dealt with. Professional, polite, timely, courteous and clean.. If I didn't know they had been in my house installing a new furnace I wouldn't know there was anybody there. Downstairs in their work area you can't even tell there was anybody here. I went down to clean it up But it was already clean. They also noticed a Hazzard on another unit and immediately let me know so I could have it serviced by the appropriate person. Office staff are amazing as well. Highly recommend.

I recently had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Services Plus. I was very impressed that the owner arrived shortly after the technicians just to see that there were not going to be any surprises. The technicians were really competent so probably that was not necessary, but a nice touch. It was a big job, but they finished in a day and a half and cleaned up completely. Very professional operation and locally owned too.

I had the best experience possible by using this company. The installers did an excellent job, including a superb clean up. The work was completed on the agreed dates and the costs were fully in compliance with our prior agreement. Communications between myself and the company by phone and by email were always easy. My questions were answered promptly. I shall certainly use this company again for any HVAC services that I might need.

I`ve made an appointment for AC repair with this company a week in advance, but on the date of appointemnt they didn`t come and said I wasn`t not in their system. They didn`t even consider offering me to somehow resolve this situation, offer another date or something else.Very professional"."

Our 30 year old electric furnace / air conditioner needed replacement in our condo. We had used Services Plus in the past and were very satisfied with their work. Peter was great as well as the crew who efficiently removed the old unit and installed the replacement. We now have a cool living space which is a relief. With all the condo rules for doing any type of repair they navigated getting the new unit in and the old one out perfectly. Would definitely recommend them due to the professional manner in which they conducted the work.
