Had a great experience with Larry was super helpful and found me the best deal. not sure if the guy with the glasses is named Barry ( possibly Robert) , but his laugh was enjoyable. Super recommend not only for the deals, but for the great environment.

I needed a new phone and was looking to get the Samsung Galaxy S21. Was suggested to go to TBooth as Rogers was completely sold out. When I got there I was waiting in line when Robert, who was with a customer, asked if I had a question. I said I was there for a Samsung Galaxy S21. He asked the customer he was with if they minded if he went in the back to put one aside, they had no problem with it. While waiting for him I asked which Samsung was better, he suggested the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G and went in the back and grabbed both phones. When it was my turn he went through both phones and got me the best deal which was the S20 FE 5G. I received a $300 in store credit and have 30 days to come back to exchange the item(s) for anything else in the store. I also have 15 days to exchange the phone if I wasn't happy with it. The really great thing is for just an extra $15 a month for the phone sndnd the phone is mine after 2 years. Robert also suggested putting my old phone on Kijiji for $300 and would probably get $250 as it is in excellent condition. Robert was very out going, knowledgeable, curtious, pleasant and patient through out the whole process. Robert made me feel at ease with my purchase and also made me laugh several times. You do not get that kind of customer service anymore. I highly recommend TBooth and dealing with Robert and his staff as I will be taking my business there going forward. Great job Robert and staff, keep up the awesome job!!!

Larry was incredibly patient and walked me through every step for getting a new phone. It’s the most transparency I’ve seen from any rep. Explained everything super clearly and gave me an amazing deal. Went the extra mile to make sure I was getting everything I wanted and needed. I stopped in with a ton of questions regarding potentially upgrading my device. I dealt with Robert who was patient, super welcoming and was game to answer all my questions. If he didn't have an answer, he got on the phone to find it for me. Great customer service is an absolute artform and Robert knows it. Don't hesitate to grab your next phone from him and his team!

Larry and Robert they are amazing and really helpful. Larry was just getting off work and he stayed to help instead of leaving to go home. Both stayed past closing to help and get a new phone and everything else I’d need!
