Selling a property for me

The worst experience I could ever have. There is no personal touch everything is passed back ad forth on the computer multiple times before documents were correct. Listing Paper was incorrect and I had to go and re verify the dimension myself. No Attention to detail in the transaction at all. For the money they charge for these transactions , one would expect more. They would expect more if they were in my shoes. Last Day I had to fight with the listing agent and the selling agent for 3 hours after the seller had my money before I could get my keys. All while my family was standing in the cold... No Good reference could ever come from this experience. Just HORRIBLE.

Great People to work with!

Very poor unpleasant behavior by 2 individuals here. Not to mention, the home was being tested for a gas,and the agent was aware yet still took risks of exposure to himself and clients.One of the clients having health issues.I did contact owner of business whom was definitely defensive and dismissed my concerns..It Might I add that we were in a pandemic, state of emergency. Also I as a father was trying to homeschhol our childern during thiese showings. The home was deemed unsafe by the county of kings and laresiltors knew the outcome yet still insisted on showing the home to many people. Thetes black mold,sewergas in home sd well .One of the showings ,the realitor refused to take his shoes off.He also walked in to our home unannonced before I had to tell him that we dont do that here in this home.
