Tommy Hilfiger

This is one of my fav outlet locations for Tommy Hilfiger. It has great discounted prices. Bought a fall jacket and a shirt. There was 40 % discount and if you are a member then you get 20% more if you shop above 125. Friendly staff. In fact a friendly staff at the changing room told about this discount. Thanks to her I found the coupon in my inbox. The store is clean. We went there on a weekend afternoon.

Good collection of Tommy apparel, its an outlet store so you can look at getting good deals and discounts on their products.

My favourite shop to go to! Much cheaper to shop here as they offer very good discounts of where I managed to find 6 pack of socks discounted to $8! Whenever I am in the area I will always stop by to this Tommy store to see what sort of deals I can find

I have shopped here many times. Never had any problems. However this time, I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I was shopping for my 11 year old daughter, who by the way is 5’5” tall. She wears adult clothes. She had her own change room, and after I was finished trying on my clothes I went to her room to help her out and to make sure the sizes were all correct. She’s 11, she needs assistance. Within 10 secs Of entering her change room, an employee knocks on the door very loudly to announce store policy is 1 person per room. I told her I’m helping my daughter, and assumed that was enough explanation. 10 secs go by and another employee comes again to bang on the door and tell me only 1 person per room. I was very angry at this point, I’m helping my child. We are in a clothing store trying to buy clothing. What is the goal here? Where is your common sense? I just wanted to leave and not buy anything but my poor daughter was close to tears now. Not understanding why they are treating us like criminals. After leaving the change room the change room attendants were extremely rude to us and I had to pick out my clothes from a table where she just tossed them. I ended up spending $400 from our visit, wish I didn’t though, but I didn’t want to disappoint my daughter. The employees that work there need a lesson in customer service and how to have some common sense. Your business is to sell clothing not be dumb mindless idiots.

Zainab was very helpful and kind.Much bigger store than I had imagined at first (the front kind of throws you off)Great selections, only gripe was with some of the other staff I didn't quite get the name off (a lil rude) but then Zainab stepped in and took over for us, a good experience overall after that.

I went with my 2 sons to shop here on April 13, 2023 at around 4pm. The store was not busy and they had plenty of staff. We were waiting at the fitting rooms for someone to assist. We had 2 different staff members look directly at us and did NOT come to help, by simply opening up a fitting room door. They did however rush to assist other customers that came in well after us. It seems that we didn't fit the customer criteria that receives customer service at this location. We drop the items we intended to purchase and left the store.If you are looking to NOT be treated as a 3rd class citizen, I highly recommend SportChek down the street. The staff was extremely friendly and wonderfully helpful!

Bought a pair of socks for my nephew and it was 70% off, great deals and discounts.

Change sticker at window. It's Saturday 9:45am and you are closed. Also recommend adjust store hours at Google maps.
