I found Big Guy Auto through a google search and noted they had glowing comments from previous customers. I wanted to try them out because I was tired of the dealership ripping me off. I am so glad I did! The service I received is worth the 5 stars I'm rating them. I paid less than what was quoted me and the work was done with in the time I expected. I have already recommended Big Guy Auto to friends and family and will absolutely return for more of their exceptional service!

Big Guy Auto replaced an axel seal and in the process discovered one of the ball joint boots needed to be replaced. If you are like me I have no idea what this means, but they were very patient and explained the concern that is needed to be replaced. They were reasonably priced, patient and professional. I greatly appreciate the time they took to make sure I understood what work they were doing and that the quote was accurate. I would highly recommended.

When I called to inquire about an issue with my car, they were super friendly and worked with my schedule to get my car in. In person, they were Aldo very pleasant to deal with. They called me after taking a look at the car, before doing any sort of work and gave me a quote of what it would cost. It ended up being cheaper than expected, which was a bonus. A very good experience, especially as a woman and would go to Big Guy Auto again!

I was super-impressed with the team at Big Guy when the engine in our Escalade packed it in shortly before Christmas. They sourced a warrantied remanufactured engine, had it delivered and installed it flawlessly in record time. In fact they sourced one engine, then a different one with better warranty!Great communication and work was done as promised, when promised with no issues. I’d had a couple of smaller repairs and inspections done previously and will continue to give them my business. Highly recommended!

Very helpful people! Fantastic customer service. Got my car in for a check engine light and Brad took the time to fully clean all the engine gunk and made it feel brand new for 23 years of age. Will be back for any other service

Called and got my car in for an inspection as my engine wasn’t cooling downI suspected it was either my thermostat or fan and was ready to pay upwards of 400$ to fix and as a college student I don’t have that kind of money to pay for a huge repair, the guys at this shop are always so polite and lovely to deal with. After dropping my car off I give them a call to see if my car had been assessed and they told me yes! And that what they found was a faulty connection in my engine fan and for them to take the time to do a proper full inspection to see if it was a bad fan or just a bad connection blew me away as most shady shops wouldn’t bother going the extra mile and would just charge you the 500$ and up it would cost to replace an engine fan just to squeeze you for the money. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone i know because I know you won’t end up getting bad or dishonest work this is the only shop I will go to for repairs .Thank you !!

They were awesome and were able to repair my vehicle same day. Very helpful and honest. I felt I was taken care of and they looked over the whole car as a due diligence. They also took the time to tie up a few loose ends as well. Super appreciated!

I took my car to change the brakes and rotors on it back in summer 2021. Brakes and rotors were changed accordingly without issues. Fast forward 2023, I took my car in for service to another garage and they pointed out that the driver rotor appeared to he warped, questioning whether the rotor had been change at all. When I reached back to Big Guy, I was told the rotors had been changed but that they basically used lower grade parts for it. All in all, you may think you have a deal going there but I learned that, for the small price difference compared to other garage,s you're better off going somewhere else to avoid having junk installed on your car. Buyers beware

We had a very loud grinding sound from our rear tires - unsure as to which side. We were concerned that if was a very bad sign for our brakes. We were just getting a window chip replaced at Windshield Surgeons and were wondering where to get the grinding looked at?WOW! RIGHT NEXT DOOR! We entered Big Guy Auto and shared our concern. Brad, the Big Guy himself, took our Nitro into the shop, pulled off the back drivers rear wheel and removed a small piece of rock. He applied the same procedure to the passenger side wheel but found it clean and rock free. He then replaced everything and presented us with the Bill! ZERO Dollars! So grateful! We will be trusting him with work on our vehicle in the future! In fact, we booked a repair for the power window mechanism.Thank you so very much, Brad!
