My experience was okay. Came in for a warranty issue all the way from langley as my local location told me this is the only store with stock.. was told that my inquiry was not valid at this location when i arrived .. eventually he agreed to assist due to the scenario but wish they were more clear before sending someone 1.5 hours away and had clear communication between stores and policies.

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Tamas was so kind and helpful! He gave us such a great deal and was VERY patient showing us all the best options.
