Shoppers Drug Mart

The Owner is great but there is one tech named Christine/a that fights with me EVERY time for the year and a half since I switched from the Killam shoppers because the St George was closer to my new apt.Either arguing to realise a 28day prescription because it hasn't been 30days yet or loosing my prescriptions all together with snooty comments that I shouldn't need to take them. Then making fun of the customers with her coworkers when you can still hear her almost up the front doorSo I hope that's the owners wife, cause her judgemental, rude, either incompadent or shady demener is gonna run that place to the ground

I've been a regular customer to the Shoppers pharmacy on St George for years now, and it's always been excellent service. On the rare occasion there is a mix-up with my prescription, they have gone above and beyond to make sure any issues are sorted out for me.I tend to have a nervous air about me, and other pharmacies have treated me with suspicion(which ends up making me actually nervous, creating a feedback loop), but the jovial attitude of the staff here leaves me feeling reassured. I always find myself coming back to this location, even when I've moved closer to other pharmacies.Keep in mind this store is a smaller building than most of the other locations around Moncton, so the selection is smaller.Overall, great staff, friendly atmosphere. Five stars.

Very rude female pharmacist

A pharmacy tech and the head pharmacist Trevor just loudly announced the full name of a customer and her specific prescriptions, along with the opinion that she seems like a drug user and has a [criminal trespass] cease and desist" from JC pharmacy down the street for "probably stealing or something". This was in a disrespectful back-and-forth about the woman who was asking to transfer her prescription to Shoppers.I was seated in the waiting area and by no means eavesdropping on some back room talk

Feels like a small town Pharmacy. Trevor, Kelsey, and others are great pharmacists. However I'd like to point out that Daniel the cashier is from Bogota and I suspect he's in the witness protection program. purely speculation but five out of five anyway

We have been going to this pharmacy for many years, and while it is smaller than some I feel it is more focused on pharmaceuticals and medical supplies rather than how many eggs it sells. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the pharmacists are always ready to answer questions, in person or on the phone. Although we have recently moved out of town we continue to do our business with Trevor and his excellent staff.

Only reason it's not a 5 star, is that it is a smaller store. Staff are amazing. Store is always clean. Pharmacy always goes way above normal customer service expectations. I feel like I could ask for the moon and they would try to help me get it!!!

The employees are a little mean at this location, not really helpful. I would prefer to go to other shoppers if not emergency.

On this day of 26 February 2020 we went to your Saint George location because our regular pharmacy ran out of a very important eyedrop to prevent infection after a corneal transplant. This was around 7 PM and we asked the pharmacist there if they had this product that wasn’t available at our regular pharmacy. They said yes there is no problem except that you have to go to a walk-in clinic to get a renewed prescription. We then went back to our regular pharmacy, And asked them to contact or transfer the prescription to your pharmacy, they tried in vain to call shoppers drug Mart or in Saint George streets, no answer. After waiting 1/2 hour at our pharmacy, they gave us their phone number that we should bring to Shoppers drug Mart on St George We went back there to give her our pharmacy’s number, then she verified again our prescription and told us that she never looked for it and they don’t have it. We lost one our Of our time and other pharmacy’s time to be answered we don’t have it and I can’t do anything and I can’t answer the phone because I’m alone. This is gross incompetency on behalf of the pharmacist on duty and should be reported to the pharmacist union as a violation of patient welfare. We are disgusted With the pharmacists reaction of shoppers drug Mart on St. George Street and recommend people to stay away from that pharmacy as a pharmacist did not show any compassion whatsoever and brushed us of as trash and no excuse whatsoever.Beware of this pharmacy.

Updated review: Service here is amazing. Pharmacist are very helpful. They treat you like a friend. The blood work girl is a pro. Best experience I've ever. Gentle, no bruises. Pharmacist assistant are helpful too. Even lad that stocks the shelves. I definitely recommend place.
