Inept customer service turns what should have been a 5 min visit into an hour of bad and unfriendly service. Looking to do a third party deposit and the manager named Brooke declined the transaction because of multiple names on the cheque even though the payable to was person 1 and/or person 2. In the end calling TD confirmed that the manager was wrong. Horrible banking service ever!

Very bad service, I can say as horrible one. Manager did not know the law and process. I being to bank to withdraw money from RRSP towards first time home buyer. Firstly I was informed that to withdraw from RRSP I will be charged penalty of 50$ and will be charged withholding tax of 20% on the withdrawal plus withdrawal will be considered as taxable income on the year of withdrawal. I was shocked to hear all this, the manager did not had any knowledge of the service he being providing to the customer.Before dealing with this branch firstly do the homework in case you need to do any investment or else you end up loosing money

Profiles young costumers, asks eccessivo questions, does not get your work done. Apparently the rules change every time you visit the branch, they also tend to deposit money into the wrong account.

Very bad customer service and very very slow went for business and business line teller was chit chatting in the own language and told me it will be longer better to be on the regular line.. Manager Rui was very lazy huge line up and acted like never saw the line and sitting in the table never offered to help and new employees at teller and every single time had to go get signature on it. please give training for the managers as well.
